Hello Welcome to accelerating ascension I'm Corey
Goode and today I'm with Kylie she specializes in
breath work and she's here today to educate all of
us on exactly what that is Welcome Thank you Corey
It's a pleasure to be here Um yeah breath is such
an important topic Um breath is life the ancients
very much understood also and many of us are coming
back into the same knowledge Um that breath is
spirit breath is our soul breath is our connection
to our spiritual essence So when we come into this
world the first thing we do is take that very first
breath of life Uh huh And people will say that's
actually the soul coming into the body The last
thing we do when we leave this earth is take that
final breath and the spirit leaves the body So from
an ancient perspective um it was very much
understood that breath and soul or synonymous and
in many languages actually breath was the same word
for spirit or soul like the latin Spiritus or the
Hebrew Rock the old north owned and many others
unified the concept of breath and spirit as one Um
so that's sort of more of a spiritual perspective
but on a basic fundamental physiological level it
is key to every function of our body awesome So
breathwork is ancient It's both ancient and it's
very much a new art form that people are sort of
rekindling their knowledge of and it's becoming
more and more popular as I usually say the way
breathwork is now is kind of how yoga was in the
70s So it's really starting to pick up and catalyse
within a lot of the healing arts communities and
even now in some of the medical community's um and
you know sports fitness they're realizing the power
of oxygen and well being So breathing is
fundamental to every living system within the body
Um it's fundamental to regulating our nervous
system to digestion to proper sleep to energy And
some really fascinating science is now coming up
that's finally sort of correlating data to what the
ancients have always understood about breath So
first of all 90% of our energy actually comes from
breath alone Only 10% from food and water So the
amount of oxygen that we take in is critical and
vital to our state of health So most people in our
culture and our society are not breathing deep
enough there breathing very shallowly and their
breathing more into their chest and they're not
using the whole lung capacity to breathe So
becoming more conscious of what breath means
actually moving into what's called diaphragmatic
breathing So breathing with the entire lung
capacity breathing with the diaphragm moving up
into the chest and starting to really optimize that
capacity So it's said that most people are only
using about 33% of their lungs capacity so to
become more mindful and conscious of breath we're
starting to increase that and to be more conscious
of our resting breath which is how we're breathing
when we're also not thinking about breath versus
how we're breathing consciously So it's kind of
really expanding our reach to shift our resting
breath to be more dynamic and more all encompassing
of the lungs capacity But then to also consciously
breathe and even go on breathwork journeys to go
deeper into being which we'll talk about here in a
moment Um one other really interesting fact is that
70% of our detoxification occurs from breath alone
and only 30% from sweat and urination So breathing
out every time you breathe out your breathing
talking So yeah so our it's really stimulating that
lymphatic detox through 600 nodes within our body
So deep breathing is purifying the blood is Alkali
zing the blood and it's helping in the elimination
of waste throughout the nodes So deeper fuller
breaths really support to the body's natural
detoxification So think about all the money that
people invest in supplements and detox and all of
these things they're doing Um But actually there's
this missing link and that's breath if they would
breathe more deeply more mindfully more consciously
They could save some of that money on supplements
You know I have that bad habit breathing short
breath I've had a lot of stress recently that you
know I am not getting full breaths and I think that
that contributes to the anxiety that the only
anxiety sometimes that when I'm not getting nice
you know breath like like I should Absolutely how
do you start I guess retraining yourself to breathe
the robber way because it's a habit Mm definitely
So what's most amazing is that breath is the only
part of the autonomic nervous system that we can
actually control so we can start to master our
breath and to shift our breath So the first step I
would suggest is to move away from mouth inhales So
a lot of people unconsciously breathe through the
mouth and that's not really serving you So our nose
is how we are intelligently designed to breathe by
nature And it's even said that breathing through
the mouth is about as practical as eating through
the nose So the nose is this amazing technology
that's doing so many things to the air So first of
all it's filtering the air It's a built in
filtration system of harmful bacteria harmful
pathogens things that could be entering your body
otherwise it's actually filtering those out for you
Um And it's also it's an inborn cooling system and
it's doing many other functions to the air before
it even enters to the body It allows you to take
richer more fuller breaths And then my favorite
part is that it activates what's called the
parasympathetic nervous system So we have two
nervous systems We have this sympathetic and the
parasympathetic the sympathetic is what's known as
fighter flight That stress state that monkey mind
that go go go That's so much of the population is
in all the time They're constantly in fight or
flight stress response Their minds are overactive
always thinking always worrying You know they're
drinking coffee their attention scattered with all
of this technology and this touch and go sort of
culture So we're in that sympathetic uh stress
response all the time So the idea here is to come
back into the parasympathetic and that is what's
known as um in scientific terms rest and digest So
it's when the body can just just relax and shut off
some of those high energy functions And when the
parasympathetic kicks in your body can start to
really restore itself and replenish itself So
breathing in through the nose is critical in
activating the parasympathetic response So the
first step is to start to be mindful of breathing
in through fun does and either outside the nose or
out through the mouth is fine But that nose inhale
is critical So that's sort of Yes exactly Um And
then the next step is to just be aware of your
resting breath So when you feel that anxiety
surfacing when you feel that stress surfacing maybe
you feel um concerned you're angry you know
something really intense is happening You have to
make an important decision and you feel yourself go
into a panic a stress to your fire flight response
pause and just take five deep belly breaths or
diaphragmatic breath So just close your eyes and
pause Mhm And just take five really relaxing
breaths All the way up to five And you can really
sense that your entire physiology changes in that
moment Your calming the nervous system You're
calling the monkey mind and your calming that fight
or flight response And so the more and more we can
be mindful of our breath throughout the day And
pause to bring in those deep oxygen originating
breaths Those deep oxygenating breaths That's when
we start to shift are resting breath So that's kind
of just basic breath awareness But it gets really
juicier Um there's a lot of more powerful ways to
work with the breath And this is what I teach This
is called breathwork Journeying And it's a way to
venture into the inner dimensions of ourselves Into
the emotional body into the subconscious even into
something called cellular memory Or were still
being influenced by the imprints within us That's
where a lot of people's from us Like absolutely
breath is a key to unlocking repressed traumas
repressed emotions things that are blocked and
stagnated in the channels Mm So something else to
really note about breath is that every human being
has a unique breathing pattern that actually
illustrates their story So it can be said that the
way we breathe is a metaphor for how we live It's a
metaphor for how we approach life Are there people
that can profile with you on the way you breathe
Maybe not to that extent But I can definitely look
at people and see holding pattern see armoring see
um closed off this and blockages within their
physiology physiology I can kind of see what
they're holding onto through their breath and
through their body posturing But I'd say for most
unless you're trained it's a little tricky but I'm
also a psychic impact So I can kind of look at the
entire um system and see what's happening within
someone Um but more so I would say that their
breath really is that metaphor for how people are
living So if your breath is tight or constricted or
closed off it could be a metaphor for how you're
approaching life But if your breath is open fluid
and expansive it means are open to life in the
moment as it's flowing through you So the person
who has no restrictions with breath has no
restrictions to receiving the fullness of life as
it's happening to move through them So they're
fully present and now But if you change in your
breathing you can change possibly your outlook in
the way you Yeah or changing patterns the way you
live Absolutely You can shift things at the deepest
level of the quanta of cellular memory at the
genetic level You can shift the way you're
responding to life in real time reactive pattern
ing's conditioned responses programming We can
shift neural pathways We can clear out stuck psycho
emotional gunk and debris that's lodged in the
channels stuck emotions trapped energies And then
also the next kind of tear of that are active of
that is that breathwork also allows us to activate
dormant codes and dormant potential that's living
within us that can't fully activate because it's
blocked So want to be clear The blockage is I
always give the metaphor is think of a dam breaking
So breath is life breath is life force energy
that's naturally wanting to pour through you So
when you breathe into these blockages like a damn
your breathing life into it and you're opening it
up so then they're going to move and they're going
to come up you can actually work through them and
heal them integrate them and move them out and then
that life force energy just wants to pour in So
when that happens people tap into higher states of
inspiration of creativity of genius even they have
more passion more purpose more vitality They're
really living more fully because they work through
all of that blockages within their systems Does
that kind of people's key You know the body energy
we have people that you know in the community that
do a lot of energy work energy healing And I've had
J S J Gentian jiu jitsu I believe I can't pronounce
it correctly that was amazed at how energy can be
moved around in your body And I'm assuming that if
you do certain techniques of breath work you can do
Yeah absolutely So another aspect of breath is that
you're bringing so much of those product life force
energies into your being as you breathe So another
part of breath as you're bringing those prana life
force energies into your being So you're aligning
to those higher universal energies and those are
naturally creative energies that want to work
through you So when you align to these energies
you're lining to the life force of the entire
universe And that's when you know really powerful
and transcendental things can start to happen for
people when they do the full breath work journeys
Which is what I teach because they're actually
tapping into their spiritual essence And some even
have very mystical very transcendental experiences
because they're merging with the divine their
thinning the veil so they can access their higher
nature higher self whatever you'd like to call it
expanded consciousness exact location is all about
Absolutely So the breath I teach is known as a
circular breath Are conscious connected breath and
it allows us to access access it allows us to
access an expanded state of consciousness or
awareness So in the breathwork community it's
called a non ordinary state So by venturing into
this expanded state that's where all the spiritual
breakthroughs happen where people mm So I think I
heard or read that asserted certain breathwork
techniques can release DNT Is that true So this
particular changing Absolutely So there's there's
exogenous DNT which you know we find in plants and
in nature and some people consume GMT exogenous lee
but I always say we don't have to The beauty of our
inner technology of breath is that we can
indigenously produced GMT in our own lungs and
brain just through increasing oxygen levels in the
body So the breath I teach the circular breath does
just that now keep in mind it's a very small amount
of D M T But by breathing in this way by gradually
and mindfully increasing oxygen levels and the
decreasing carbon dioxide it stimulates GMT
production in both the lungs and the brain very
small amount that people can have visions and some
say it is like a plant medicine journey but no
substance is required because the breath is the
only resource the breath is the technology so we
have the capacity to take ourselves on our own sort
of medicine journey if you will through breath
alone So this course is about accelerating
ascension yet yes accelerating ascension by
balancing the mind body and spirit Uh huh Overall
balance dealing with trauma your own karma and
getting into healthy habits of eating high vibrate
ori diets and caring for your body and your
energetic body Well this is perfect So breathwork
fits in brilliantly into this because right now
within a lot of the awaken community there is still
something happening called spiritual bypass I'm not
sure if you've heard of this but a lot of people
want to jump right to enlightenment and right to
transcendence without doing that deeper and vital
in our work And so it's our approach at our academy
that the only way out is through not around right
we can't Exactly exactly it's the same So we can't
skirt around or bypass our inner work We have to be
courageous and willing enough to go through it to
follow you meet those traumas those wounds those
imprints those perceptual distortions that which is
still living within our subconscious within
ourselves within our being and still influencing us
but without our conscious awareness So this is
where breathwork really comes in for the full
breathwork journey If a person is ready to fully go
there and to fully meet themselves on the most
precious levels breathwork takes you there I always
call it a fast track to ascension because it takes
you right to the source code of what I would call
the imbalance the keys the intent to have the intel
you have to be willing you have to be ready and it
takes you right to that source code So the way
breathwork can support this journey of what I like
to call embodied ascension sustaining embodied as
we rise into our full potential So the way that
breathwork can support us is that it allows us to
go deep into the source code of the things we carry
that are holding us back from that full embody
ascension So here's where it gets really
fascinating science is starting to finally catch up
I would like to say I feel like science is finally
merging with mysticism and spirituality So
cognitive neuroscience is now showing that we are
95% influenced by our subconscious mind And that
the conscious mind is only 5% Yeah So that means
that 95% of our decisions are behaviors our actions
and our motivators are actually influenced by the
deeper subconscious content It can be very
difficult to access the subconscious because it's
not that waking mind it's not that conscious mind
and there's only a few modalities that can take us
fully into the subconscious So this is where
breathwork is that missing link breath work The
full journey of breath work going on that one hour
journey can really allow us to enter the
subconscious domain and it can help us to uproot
and surface these wounds these traumas these
distortions that are within us and in in bringing
them to the surface were able to fully meet them
fully connect to them express them For many people
it's emoting them Having very powerful emotional
catharsis whether expressing repressed parts of
themselves whether it's grief sorrow sacred rage or
anger You know some of these more uncomfortable
Absolutely And that's where the spiritual bypass is
coming in and not serving us because there's so
much in the spiritual communities of just focus on
the positive and it's creating division within
individuals because our multi dimensionality
encompasses all things both shadow and light both
positive and negative This is our true wholeness
And we have to be able to intimately and
compassionately meat parts of ourselves that aren't
positive and feel good that to our yearning for a
voice that also want to be expressed So breath work
allows us to welcome all emotions to the surface
even if they are painful even if their grief
stricken it's calling them forth into a safe space
to process to move through into integrate or
release I mean who have thought breath work could
be so powerful that's that beautiful non ordinary
state You know the ancients knew that by changing
the rate and the ratio of breath also the volume of
air We can change the state of consciousness So
breaking out of that monkey mind allows us to go
deep on really what I call a shamanic journey into
self So we're going into our pain body we're going
into the repressed emotions and traumas and wounds
that are within us and were lovingly calling them
forth because the only read actually ascend is to
meet all parts of ourselves right Not just those
positive feel good ones but to meet our totality
And so with breath we can start to integrate
whether it's grief or sorrow whatever it is we can
integrate these things that things into wisdom So
we're transmuting and Malcolm Izing them through
this breathing process but we have to be able to
courageously face them because again we can't
bypass thing have to move through them in
compassion and in presence and really meet what's
living within us And that's why breathwork is that
fast track So for some people they want to avoid
their lessons they want to avoid the discomfort and
they want to stay in the love and light bubble and
they're avoiding their inner work they're avoiding
their life lessons or as you call that karma
they're avoiding what they need to integrate
They're avoiding their lessons So with breath it's
taking you right there So do you warn people when
they start Absolutely have these things come out of
nowhere and you have a trauma pop up or repressed
memory pop up that you're going to Absolutely So we
actually have a screening process because not
everyone is a candidate because ultimately not
everyone is ready Not everyone is ready to face
themselves and I honor that were not um enforcing
this work it's for those who are ready to go deep
it's for those who are ready to really meet their
multi dimensionality and if they're ready and
they're open and they're willing miracles will
happen because they are commuting in the higher
consciousness with everything living within Mhm wow
Mhm Mhm It's amazing that you know all of the
traumas that we have anxieties they leave and
energetic Yeah Mass in us energy is mass and if
we're finding different ways to do energy work and
to get Archie flowing then that's going to help
clear these types of masses or energies out And it
sounds like breathwork is one of the tools that can
be used to deal with trauma Is it I mean is it
something that can be used purely on its own or do
you recommend to be used in conjunction like with a
therapist or other professionals that help trump So
I would say it depends on the severity of the
trauma and the individual and you know for anyone
that is facilitating breath work or even practicing
breathwork understanding um that sometimes it is
wise to work with a trained licensed therapist in
conjunction with the deeper breath work journey and
I always recommend more somatic based therapists
There's things called how Comey method and Rohan
and these are licensed therapists but they're
working on more of a somatic level So it's not so
cerebral just taking place in the mind and they're
really integrating mind body wisdom So that can be
helpful to use in conjunction Um but you know at
the same time there is this amazing quote by a
psychotherapist and he says one breath work session
is the equivalent of two years of psychotherapy and
the reason why is that a lot of psychotherapy only
takes place in the mind And while it can be very
helpful for many um to achieve mental clarity
trauma lives in the body trauma lives in the cells
trauma lives in the nervous system So I always say
absolutely talk therapy if you're called to that
but work with other somatic therapies in
conjunction because it's not addressing the body
trauma that's still present in the nervous system
and how we're responding to life in that fight or
flight state And then the other thing is that it
pairs beautifully with many other mind body arts
like meditation like tai chi like yoga So I find a
lot of people struggle with meditation um it's
difficult for them to be still because they are
still in that fight or flight and the monkey minds
just on loop and they're not really reaping the
benefits of meditation So I always say breathwork
first because it truly clears the channels It
really releases that psycho emotional debris that's
trapped and are being you know and it starts to
recalibrate our nervous system and rebalance in
that way And so then when you do come into
meditation after breathwork all the channels are
open and clear and you can go that much deeper Um
so it's really a nice precursor to like most other
modalities and then you can also pair it with
therapy Excellent I know a lot of people
participating in this course are very interested in
that aspect I mean it's everyone everyone is
looking for a different way to try to work on
traumas and there are a lot of people that want
shortcuts you know But Mhm hearing that breathwork
can speed the process is is really cool especially
if we combine them with other types of therapy
Absolutely yes it very much is an accelerator I
find Um and so not everyone is a candidate for full
breath work journey There are some
contraindications of course like pregnancy or very
severe conditions or like recent surgeries or you
know there's a full list that we can offer Um and
also our academy does kind of a self contract So
that is are you fully ready to take responsibility
for your emotions for your thoughts for your
stories And are you fully ready to move out of any
kind of victim consciousness and fully reclaim all
parts of yourself And so some people aren't ready
to move out of victims stories Okay And there's
absolutely no judgment It's just where they are in
their journey of consciousness but some people are
still identified in that story and it's just not
the time But for those who are really ready to face
themselves and to meet all textures living within
them and do that deep deep healing work This tool I
believe is the tool of all tools It's such a
powerful transformative practice And the beauty too
is that it activates what I call the healer within
So it really awakens our inner healer nowhere and
wise one the one who has the answers and knows
exactly what to do to heal itself No outside
sources needed So it's really our inner technology
of breath and is that deep communion with our own
breath our own consciousness and our own divinity
really Um no outside sources needed Um so this from
my breath work though um is advised to do with the
training facilitator and the beginning like the 1st
5-10 sessions But then once someone has fully
mastered it then they can start guiding themselves
on their own personal journeys and finding a
breathwork coach proper term facilitator and coach
guy teacher This is that an easy thing to do I mean
are they prevalence right now They are popping up
everywhere and it's becoming very um more in the
main I would say Um but not all breathwork is
created equal So there are a few things to take
note of if anyone wants to try to breath work and
we always suggest the ethical component of it So
make sure the journeys are at least one hour You
can have the full benefits of breath work There's a
lot of very short breath works popping up and we
don't recommend that you don't have to build up to
the tower Um The reason why we want to do the full
journey is because it is taking you into the
subconscious so that full hour is allowing also a
sebacean on integration at the end and then a
processing and a sharing So it's kind of a full
experience Um so with Kraftwerk during just kind of
some things to note So usually a facilitator opens
the space explains the technique demonstrates It
talks about breast work then takes everyone on a
full guided journey and then there's an integration
and rest at the end and then they open up the
circle at the end for sharing processing So these
are the kind of breath that we recommend because we
are going to patients it's subconscious and we
breathe like this if you really want um that full
experience and if it's too short some people are
incomplete um and haven't had the proper
immigration him at the end So if you think about it
like it's an artful descent into the subconscious
or the dream time and then artful reemergence and
so we take a more yen therapeutic and kind of um I
would say trauma informed approach There's a lot of
breast breath work There's a lot of breath work
that's very young very fast very hard very intense
And while that serves some it doesn't serve all So
we recommend slower and more mindful breath work to
work with the nervous system Well for the lay
person out there what exactly is brethren So
there's a few different types of breath work out
there So usually the general understanding of
breath work is the act of controlling consciously
controlling one's breath And so there's lots of
kind of varieties right now You know there's yo
kick breath Um you know there's panorama which is
more of like a the yogic lineage and then there's
more active energizing breaths And then there's
this umbrella breath term called circular breath
And so the first person to create circular breath
was a man called dr stanislav Grof in the sixties
and he birthed something called holla tropic breath
work And so I would suggest that all modern
breathwork is a derivative of hollow tropic So
there's many different kind of schools teaching
this form of circular breath And what circular
breath means is just the absence of pause So you're
going on a breath work journey where you're linking
inhale and exhale together without pause And that's
very intentionally building oxygen levels and very
slowly depleting carbon dioxide which allows people
to go into that non ordinary state of consciousness
through the oxygenation of the body And so our
reference method is called the sacred breath method
And this is our method of circular breath for Mhm
Um so I mean it's circular breath work Just means
going immediately from exhale to inhale without pop
Yes so essentially no pause and it's a deep
diaphragmatic breath and ours is kind of like a
wave just like slow and steady So deep in through
the diaphragm up into the chest and then a slow
exhale and linking them together But this breath
should be used with a trained facilitator in the
beginning that's guiding you on a journey and the
reason why you want to work with the train to
facilitator is in the event of a more intense
release whether it's trauma release or emotional
release you want a supportive guide there with you
in the beginning in case you need an additional
support So it's not recommended at first without a
facilitator Do you have people in the middle of a
session Have emotional reactions Absolutely Um so
with breathwork the beauty is it creates safe space
for deep emotional catharsis and that kind of the
least is not always available to people in the
modern world Not even another healing arts I mean
it's giving people a safe space to cry to scream
into a pillow to laugh to let things move Let
things go let them transform in a guided container
with a facilitator So you know where can people
scream and be held in modern society Not not that
many places you know So we're opening this
container of safe expression letting emotions move
in whatever way they need to And we're creating a
space where anything and everything is welcome not
just those positive love and like feel good
emotions but all emotions are invited in And we
look at all emotions as intelligence is So their
intelligence is that come from our direct realm of
knowing whether you want to say it's from the soul
or emotional body or higher self emotions are
intelligences that are signaling something to us So
if we push them down and bury them they just come
back louder At first there settle and then they
grow into a roar And many people say even illness
is a call from our emotional body to slow down and
listen And so when we can move through these
emotions in a safe space they don't get stuck
anymore They don't get trapped or buried or block
We're letting them move through us in real time So
the more we breathe into life as it is the more the
fluidity of life moves through us and we're fully
present in the now we're not living in the past or
the future We're just here present to life as it is
You're in the flu in that beautiful cosmic dance
and blow It seems like many of the methods that I'm
hearing about that help people deal with anxiety
are methods that help people live in the moment Our
experience the moment because Yes yes And a lot of
times anxiety depression some of these things are
only surface symptoms Now Of course we can't make
any medical claims and nor would we want to But you
know a lot of times I find in clients that these
things are masking deeper wounds and there are
actually a call to go inward So of course you know
if someone needs to work with a trained therapist I
worked with a doctor absolutely breath working pair
really nicely with these things because I've had
clients where their anxiety was only a symptom for
a wound they needed to heal and the breath work was
able to take them deep into that wound and allow
them to see it at its root And once they could
fully connect to it and feel it express it be with
it sit with it to know it and then integrated it
was finally able to move but there's there's almost
this obsession and um the spiritual arts of let it
go let it go let it go release So it doesn't serve
Um and while that can be true trying to get rid of
something so quickly doesn't allow us to reach the
deep wisdom it's containing within it So sometimes
it's not about letting it go it's about bringing it
close it's about opening our hearts to it and fully
feeling it before we let it move or transform And
that's what breathwork is really allowing us to do
It's too intimately connect with these parts of
ourselves that are yearning for for really just
expression and to be seen and so that's when we get
into something called soul retrieval Okay familiar
with heard the term but I couldn't give you a
definition Okay sure Um so what's interesting about
um breath work is that it not only allows us to
heal things at the root but it also allows for soul
retrieval So the way I look at soul retrieval is
just a reclamation of lost parts of ourselves of
abandoned parts of ourselves And these can be
things from other wives or they can be things from
this lives or even ancestral things Um beautiful
parts of our lineage that want to be revived and
resurrected like maybe um for me you know I'm part
of the Cherokee lineage Amazing So for me it's
reclaiming that indigenous Cherokee wisdom that no
one else and my family is honoring or even is
really in touch with Um but for others slow
retrieval can be reclaiming fragmented los
abandoned rejected or even disassociated parts So
let's say a six year old is told she let's say
she's singing and she's in her bliss and just
singing at the top of her lungs and a kid walks up
to her and makes fun of her and tells her her voice
is ugly and she shouldn't sing and in that exact
moment she shuts down her voice and never sings
again And then let's say that results in a blockage
of her throat chakra So she's not only not singing
but she's not expressing herself She's not speaking
her truth she's quieting her voice when she wants
to speak up she's not speaking her needs So maybe
it translates into a deeper blockage So let's say
she goes on a breathwork journey and she's able to
reclaim that lost fragmented six year old aspect
and bring it back into her multi dimensionality So
she's able to reclaim the girl who shut down her
voice And maybe in breath work that means
activating her voice So it means maybe she's
expressing herself or toning or making a sound or
you've been singing So she's retrieving a part of
her that was shut down So we're activating these
dormant parts back through this work Um so whether
it's ancestral all their breathing sounds so simple
and that's the beauty It's like we have a
superpower literally right under our nose and most
people don't even worry right in our nose in and
through and people have no idea the power they hold
So my partner Sean likes to say that breath is the
forgotten power we hold within and it's available
to us at any moment We just have to know how to
access it Um so you know alongside soul retrieval
also activating dormant genetic potential So a lot
of people aren't living in there for full um A lot
of people aren't living in their full purpose or
potential So it can help people to activate higher
purpose Higher genius Um Some people call them soul
code So there's a belief that we're all here to do
something very unique and we have a blueprint for a
soul blueprint and not everyone is living that
because of this pain trauma Blockages conditioning
programming whatever it is So a lot of times we can
reactivate those soul blueprints and start to fully
live and embody our authentic purpose So it's very
inspiring for a lot of people They get re inspired
for life They get passionate They have visions they
get creative Um They birth entire ideas or
businesses or organizations and they redirect their
life's purpose all of this through breath work It's
just amazing transformations through usually about
how long into the breath Where do you start seeing
I know it's different for every person Just
generally do you start seeing changes I would say
one session can be life changing for people and I
know this because that's the most common phrase I
hear is life changing and I will say that one
session completely redirected the course of their
life So a lot of times it sparked something or
activate something or heels something that shifts
their trajectory and they can never go back because
it showed them something that is so amazing that
they have to follow this new path Um or they're
able to have a deep healing around something that
they couldn't heal for so long Um and so just a few
sessions can shift everything and I always kind of
joke but it's not a joke I say that my job is to
literally hold space for the miraculous because I
continued to witness miracle after miracle unfold
and it's just incredible That is incredible and
it's great that we're educating a lot of people in
this tool Mm um How did you get into breathwork
Great question I mean how do you decide where
you're a little girl and you say I want to get into
breast for um not quite It actually came through my
own personal transformation journey And you know
really I've always had a detective style mind I've
always been very curious about all things below the
surface Like I've never accepted things that face
value I always had to dig So I never accepted the
things I was indoctrinated with growing up I never
accepted the things I was told I had to do or be
and I always kind of rebelled against us as quo Um
so eventually it led me down the spiritual path
naturally and in that journey you know I was
immersed in all things healing arts and I was just
saturated with so many different texts and studies
and books and you know I practiced many different
modalities and studied all kinds of different forms
of healing yoga carts meditation lots of things And
I always came back to the breath I found that out
of everything I had practiced studied embodied that
breath work was the most transformative tool there
was And so for me I looked around and I saw world
very much out of balance I saw world hurting I saw
world struggling and not living their full
potential It seems like you know there's a lot of
fear on this planet and love is not even though
it's spreading it's still not the primary force And
so my vision is to transform this planet Okay so
how do we transform a planet We start with
ourselves So we have to transform ourselves before
we can transform anything else because the change
must begin within So then what is you know the
greatest tool I found to initiate that shift and it
was breath work So I'm always about you know what's
the most potent tool we have available and how
deeply can transform us So it always brought me
back to the breath So then once I started and got
trained I decided to create my own academy which
focus on a more holistic pursuit of breath work So
we don't just stop at breathwork We also bring in
um quantum belief work going to thought and belief
level seeing where the subconscious is residing at
the genetics Um a lot of other tools like even
conscious communication and there's another one
called nonviolent communication that teaches us the
power of words and language and that you know we
are creating signatures with how we speak to people
and how we respond So my sort of passion is going
deep going below the surface and to kind of what's
running people and how can we transform from the
inside out So I've created that as a way to really
cut through all the layers and go right to the
source and kind of um Ignite the most potent
healing possible So how if people are interested
which I'm sure people are after hearing this
interview we're going to be very interested in
breath work How do they find your academy or you do
online sessions as well don't you Yeah so we do a
little bit of everything So we're actually a global
lineage uh take your breath academy and we have 150
facilitators all around the world I think we're up
to about 30 countries And all six continents Well
six or 7 I don't think we have anyone on it Alright
currently one day um So they can go to Sacred
breath Academy don't life and they can send an
email um and there's an enquiry form there they can
fill out or they can email our sacred breath at
gmail dot com So it's oh you are sacred breath and
they can inquire by the facilitator in their area
or they can book one of our online sessions and
then if someone's already in the healing arts
already teaching and facilitating and they're
interested in our teacher trainings behold multiple
teacher trainings around the world So we have a few
coming up this year in California bali and Greece
and we have them every year So if someone wants to
dive really deep and they're interested in actually
teaching others this work they might check out our
teacher training otherwise you know finding a
breathwork facilitator in your area um just making
sure that those longer journeys those one hour
journeys and that's a great starting point to look
for to just local breath works happening That's
awesome I think a lot of people will be looking
into this Do you have any closing messages for us
before we go Yes So my closing message it's just if
can I start over before Okay Mhm Yeah my closing
message is if we truly want to ascend we have to
begin embracing our totality So multi
dimensionality is not just the feel good parts it's
embracing all parts all textures and this is how we
truly return to wholeness So we have to start
welcoming everything existing within us because
there's a beautiful expression It's a phrase I
forget who said it but it's nothing ever goes away
until it teaches us what we need to learn so we can
look away we can bypass that we can brush it under
the rug But it's always going to come knocking on
our door So it's when we have the courage and the
willingness to fully compassionately meat parts of
ourselves that are buried and blocked and ignored
That's when the tree dealing happens That's just my
invitation to everyone in ascension It's welcoming
everything in and meeting yourself on every level
wow that's beautiful Thank you so much for joining
us and I'm looking very forward to doing a session
with you soon We got to get you in first Yeah there
have been a couple of times We try to schedule it
and it didn't quite work but I'm looking very
forward to it And thanks again I mean explaining so
much Well thank you for joining us on accelerating
ascension where we're covering all of the different
tools and methods that we can use to bring our by
That Thank you for joining us on accelerating
ascension where we're trying to bring forth all of
the different tools and methods that can be used to
bring the mind body and spirit into balance so that
our consciousness can expand which is ascension
Thank you for joining me I'll see you soon

THANK You for getting me back into my class, here! – Love, Sara Webb Quest
I’m sorry to say that the audio recording was not very good. 🙁
Sweet, informative, and interesting. tyvm.
I really enjoyed the interview with Kaya, does she have training available to learn her techniques on breathing.
I was wondering why you kept your hand under your chin in a almost intentional manner. I will assume spiritual reasons.
So from my background it seems like Kaya is using her right hand to energize her Blue Chakra, I’m curious if this was intentional.
very interesting … merci!
Amazing!!!
Absolutely fascinating.
i also researching super-soldiers. And there thier offworld experiences.
LIKE on Mars Ceres and the Moon. That Afganistan giant fight. In the cave entrance was diabolical. 🤗🤗🤗🖐
Thank you!
Corey was a big reason for my awakening out of the Matrix back in early 2017 thanks to his 2015 testimonies, which ring even more true today! 🙏🏽
Fantastic. Great stuff. Breathwork doesnt seem flashy by its title but there’s nothing out there so minimal yet so potent.
