Womb Wisdom with Kassandra Cruz (Zoom Meeting)
Good
Evening, my name is Cassandra.
I am here to remind you of your sacred divine right as a woman
to remember your power store deep within you.
To remember this wisdom of the womb that has been so long
forgotten for hundreds of years and suppressed
knowing this feminine power gives you this empowered
choice to give this wisdom to your children, to your children's children,
and to all the women around you. Because when we know our bodies,
we are empowered with the choice of what we make for our bodies. And right now,
there is a war upon our bodies,
and it is up to us to be informed on the choices that we make
and how these choices may benefit us and how they may cause more
problems in our wound. Now,
when we remember that this is the birth of all creation,
this harnesses the power to create life and to create, you know,
your manifestations, everything that you've wanted in your life.
It all starts with this first center, this first chakra, and the second chakra,
which is where our vital life force energy is stored. And when we orgasm,
when we have sex, that is also released.
And so we can channel this energy and utilize it into the power
for our own good.
But how can we do that the most is reconnecting with our cycles.
So as most women don't know, we have four cycles.
It goes from your menstruation to your follicular, to your ovulation,
and then to your lal phase. These phases,
if we can find balance in the rhythm of these phases,
we can further assist how we grow in our life,
how we transform through these death and rebirth cycles.
And really, when we're on our bleed, it is this time of transformation,
this death that is happening within us.
And when we can really focus and hone in on what is our intention,
what do we need to release this month,
what has been building up emotionally that we feel this bleed is going to
need to release? And when we have an intention of,
I'm going to release this during my bleed,
it brings so much more power to knowing that you're fully releasing that
through the three dimensional physicality of bleeding and releasing through
that and through the emotional embodiment of releasing it. Um,
but that is another thing when we can feel that exiting our body
and feel, you know, whether it just be, um,
feel the blood leaving our body or bleeding on the earth,
these things reconnect us with that intention and reconnect us what with what
we're letting go of.
And so it's super potent and powerful to be able to feel to not numb the pain.
And if there is an immense pain with your cycle,
that is so much stuff what we go into here in these classes,
um,
we talk into depth of why you could be having a lot of period pain or why you
could be having endometriosis or wound diseases. And, um,
knowing that our inner worlds reflect our outer worlds, right? And vice versa.
How you surround yourself is what's, you know,
what's going to maybe bubble up within you if you're surrounding yourself with
stressful people, stressful situations, um, hard jobs,
stressful house living situations. And, um,
these all affect our cycles.
These all affect how we bleed and how our pain is, um,
is communicating to us what is going on inside of our body.
And for me personally,
when I have a really intensely emotional month or really bad month,
I will notice I have a more intense period.
And that is because all of the stress that I've built up over that time period
is now being released through my bleed. And,
and if I don't harness that power and release it through that bleed,
then it'll continue to show up over and over again when I'm bleeding. So,
um,
knowing that this bleed is really a time for transformation and it's not to be
feared and it's not to be suppressed like the way our society does now,
nowadays, um, it just wants to suppress and, um,
shove up a tampon in it and act like you're not bleeding and your body's not
trying to release. And when we're shoving things inside of us,
what is that showing our body that it's okay to just put a cork
in it, you know, it's okay to just plug it up and,
and suppress and that is really the symbology that I feel is behind the tampons.
Um, of course you do what you feel is best for your body and what is most
comfortable for you. Um,
information about the tampons though themselves have a lot of additives in them,
have bleach in them and are not regulated at all.
So they literally can come from any cotton field and have any additive that can
cause your body so much harm.
And you're putting this in a place that has the most sensitive neurons,
the most sensitive nervous system in your whole entire body.
So it is the most tapped into what you're putting inside of it and that whether
that be a tampon or some other things. And so, um,
your body senses that it takes that in and it, it,
it has that energy withheld in it. So, um,
I always tell people when you're having a bad hearing, you know,
get off all of the products like that and try to go the most
natural way as possible, which would be, to me, that's freak leading. Um,
which you can find, you know, um,
cotton pads or um,
cloth underwear that, um,
is for period period panties. Um, they are so useful, so helpful.
Um, and then when we go into our ovulation cycle,
this is our time really for creation.
And a lot of times these cycles will align with the moon phases and we can be
more in line with what our cycle is trying to
bring to us according to the moon.
So if our ovulation is landing on a new moon,
that that is really in line with, um,
birth and infertility and coming back to that
creation of what we're wanting to create.
And there's all these different cycles with the moon that we can, um,
know and fall into alignment with depending on when we're bleeding and
when we're ovulating. And, um,
we go into more of depth in a lot of these videos on that topic.
That's not what we're gonna be talking about tonight.
We're gonna be talking about a little bit more depth of our emotions and where
they're stored and all those things. But coming back to our ovulation,
if we're wanting to create and we're wanting to manifest something really big in
our life,
our ovulation cycle is key and potent time for that is when all of your
hormones are at their peak for creating. And, um,
your body and the fluids there are so ready and,
and and potent to be able to create magic really. So, um,
this is a beautiful time for ceremony. This is a beautiful time for, um,
yoni eggs. And if you don't know,
I talk a lot about yoni eggs and the benefit of them,
but only using them in a ceremonial, um,
purpose is what I believe they're meant to be used as. Um,
and they can enhance orgasms and pelvic floor function and those things as well,
but that's only if you use them properly and not when you're having pelvic floor
dysfunction. Um, so yoni eggs are a crystal egg. You can charge them up and,
and put all this energy into them, the things that you wanna create,
the things that you wanna release,
put all that energy into this crystal egg crystal has a
consciousness, it has a frequency,
it has a d n a template that is similar to all of life and
all of creation.
And when you put all of your energy into what you're wanting to create in
this, in this moment or in this crystal,
and you place that inside of your body where all of these nervous
system is so heightened, it brings that forth into your body,
into your vessel and helps you to create that.
So ovulation is my favorite time to do that. Um,
and the other phases I believe are, you know, resting phases.
They also go in line with the, the winter,
spring, summer, what are those called? The seasons.
They also all align with the seasons.
And so we can see our menstruation as our inner winter and
we can see our follicular as our inner spring and we can see our
ovulation as our inner summer and um,
then our ludial phase being our, um, fall.
It's when we about to shed once again.
And so yeah, when we can find these moments to really align with our cycle,
it can help us in better understanding how we can throw that
into alignment with our life and what we wanna create and how we want to release
and really honoring these cycles is so important.
And not being in this hyper masculine mode that
makes us feel we need to do,
do and be everything all the time and work and constantly have the house clean
and the meals cooked and all these things. You know, this is, um,
a big part of the agenda that's being pushed that, um,
causes so much havoc in women's bodies because we're now not in touch with what
we need to listen to, how we need to, um,
how we need to be listening to our rest full stages and how we need to be taking
those times of rest in. So all of our emotion,
all of our trauma, it all starts in the womb. Our womb goes back.
If you think about it, three to seven generations. It goes back many,
many generations.
But when we think about how the woman's body is created inside of the womb
of her mother,
she is carrying all of her eggs that she will have her entire life
by four months being in the womb.
So that means your grandmother carried your cell,
your egg cell in your mother's womb while she was
in the womb of your grandmother.
So really we carry all the emotions stored and our grandmother,
our mother, and I believe that goes back more generations than that,
but it's the most potent in those first two to three generations when
all the cells that create our body in our mother's body are also in her
mother's body.
It's super amazing and beautiful and brilliant and this is why it's so important
to do the wound work because you are affecting the generations to come and you
don't even, we don't even realize that what we're carrying,
what we're holding onto these mental and emotional patterns are actually
being passed down through our cellular nature,
through our d n a template into the beings to come.
And, um, you know,
this is why it's so important to understand what emotion we are holding onto.
If this emotion is ours, if it is not ours, if it is our mother,
as if it is our grandmother's,
if it is our inner child screaming out for safety
and, and being held and being seen and being heard and being honored,
these are all huge parts of our healing journey
and our, um,
our being able to release and come back into this wholeness
that we all strive for.
It is within the sacred union of self that we become whole.
It is not within the outside reaching to the partners and the,
the people that we want to be intimate with and the people that we wanna be most
like, you know, those are the, the things that we're reaching out,
we're reaching for, right?
And so you can often see those are the parts of yourself that you haven't fully
integrated. And a lot of this for me and for most women,
starts at their womb, starts at the root chakra. And,
um,
later either within this talk I'm gonna be guiding us through a little bit of,
um, a meditation to get to know these parts of ourself on deeper levels.
And so when we can connect with what it is that we're holding onto,
whether that just be emotion building up or whether it be emotion that's passed
down to us through patterning, it's important to see where it's coming from,
understand it, see it, love it, heal it. And so, um,
integration of thyself starts with seeing our ego first and seeing where
we may have not been accepting ourselves in these moments and being too
high up on our horse to say, yeah, I'm struggling with depression. Yeah,
I'm struggling with worthiness. Yeah,
I'm struggling with never being loved as a child. You know,
whatever it is for you. Um, oftentimes our ego gets in the way and says,
no,
I'm not really feeling that everything's fine because I want to look fine on the
outside. I don't wanna be seen as broken or hurt. And, you know,
those are big steps for ourselves to be able to come out and even view ourself
fully in our full light, in our full nature and view.
Every part of ourself that feels in pain, that feels broken,
that feels lonely, that feels abandoned in a way. Um,
and so integrating those parts of our ego that some people call this an ego
death. I believe our ego is necessary and stays with us forever,
but it's really the,
the realization and the awareness of our ego that transforms us.
Cuz we need our ego. Our ego is there to, to,
to benefit us in this life really.
And it's not there to be suppressed or to die off cuz then we would might as
well just become a soul. But really our ego, you know,
is there to benefit us when we can put it in place.
We bring balance to our, um, our,
our entire self. So, um,
also within this emotion I find my inner child speaks to me the most within this
womb space. I find my inner child speaks to me the most. And so
I will take really deep breaths and ask my inner child and I see her in this
cave in my womb, you know, as, as she's feeling,
as she's holding herself. I see,
I see myself and with this inner child,
you want to come to it with an open heart and with love and you can see it
as a separate entity, although it's all you,
but it's integrating these parts of ourselves, right, that have been suppressed,
been lost,
been held onto for too long that have not been seen or
understood.
And maybe we're just at these phases of fully stepping into what
is this? Do I actually feel okay?
And sometimes we are so led by these parts of ourselves at our masks
that we can't really see the underlying surface until it comes out in a really
angry mode or a really overwhelmed emotional crying
fast, you know? And that's when our body is saying,
I'm crying out for help, I am at my breaking point and you're not seeing me.
And so it's at these points where we need to stop and reflect and say,
what is going on? And where is this emotion coming from?
All of our emotion comes from these two first centers.
Of course it can come from the heart too, but it's stored really right in here.
And so this is why you may see a lot of people holding onto
weight or holding onto, um, excess uterine tissue.
And there is multiple diseases out there that you're holding onto
this uterine tissue. Right? And I'm gonna turn on a light really quick.
Oh, that is quite right. Okay. That's better though.
So there's some diseases out there that like make you hold onto this uterine
tissue, right? Um,
so your body is basically resisting the aspect of shedding.
And most of these diseases are estrogen led. We talk a lot about, um,
why our bodies happen to go into these high estrogen modes.
Sometimes it's foods, sometimes it's, you know,
things that are household supplies that are really causing
havoc in our hormone levels. And you know, there's a war on our hormones,
everything in the store, you know, every scented candle, everything, you know,
those things are really damaging to our hormones.
But the hormones really regulate every function in the body.
So you could see why there would be a war on them, right?
So we can cause more diseases,
more problems emotionally because I believe it's all linked.
And so when you have emotional problems,
your hormones are gonna take a downfall too. When you have hormonal problems,
your emotions take a downfall too. So it's all linked.
And when we can know what's, where these emotions are coming from,
what we're holding onto and how this is driving our life force,
our creative energy, how is it, um, suppressing it in a way?
How is it not fully being utilized? Um,
because when we hold it and we store it,
it doesn't allow the space for our creative energy to flow.
And so we can sit with ourselves, we can sit with our wound,
which we will do here in just a bit, and really know where this is coming from,
really see and feel all the things and speak to that inner child
and speak to these parts of ourselves that feel fragmented,
that feel disconnected. Um,
and I believe that we often have a lot of pass
down traumas or emotion or patterns that most
of the time we think is our own stuff. And it could very well be both.
But a lot of times if you feel like you've been struggling with something your
whole life and you ask yourself why, why? This makes no sense.
Why does this keep coming up? Why am I dealing with this? I don't understand.
You will soon realize if you do this, um, work daily,
uh, or even monthly or do some type of wound lineage repair.
This is where our connection to our lineage is.
This is where our connection to our mothers, our mothers, mothers, our families,
this is where it all is, right? And so when we can reconnect with that space,
we can reconnect with our lineage, with our patterns, with,
I see 'em as all these lines of energy that go out from you to all the people
you know, to your lineage and to your family, to your soul lineage.
So we can even be carrying down soul patterns through our womb space.
Knowing this womb space is the houser of all creation.
It housed you for nine months, maybe longer,
and it created you through all these
suppressed things, whatever may have been holding on in the first place.
And it's up to us to heal this,
to change this for our generation and the generations to come.
The womb work is the most important in my eyes, of course,
because I do this work and I believe there's a quote that
says
the womb is the fertile soil of which all humanity grows.
And this is so true because when all, all the wound,
all the people came from the womb, right? And so when the woman can be balanced,
can be healed, we heal humanity.
And I'm not saying that's not up to dudes to the same thing, guys.
It is up to you too. But we are the ones holding this baby. We are the ones,
the nurturers, the mothers, the creatrix,
you know? And so how does this play out for you?
Just breathe in that for a moment. I'm gonna check the time.
Okay, perfect.
So we're gonna do some integration work,
going to tap into these levels in our body.
Some things I always like to talk about on here are
getting off contraceptives. I know that sounds scary for some of you.
I know it sounds hard and I know it sounds like why would I do that?
But these things can cause so many problems in our bodies, in our hormones,
in our wombs can cause diseases, can cause cysts. And we are told the opposite,
feel the most passionate about acknowledging women on
the fact that they can track their cycles and they don't need hormonal birth
control to do that to you know,
not have a child. It is easy as long as you know your body. And this,
this is our wisdom when we can tap into the body, that's where the wisdom is,
that's where the wisdom's stored. When we can know the body,
we can know thyself. When we can know the body, we can trust ourself.
So how can you further and know your body? It might take months,
it might take years,
but it is worth it because you are empowered with your body
wisdom. Okay, let's,
hopefully the sound bowl works. We tested it earlier,
but maybe might not be the same. Let's see,
I guess I won't know until I watch this video.
So I thank all of you for joining me.
Send this to a friend if they really need work,
if they really need to understand the depth,
take some really deep breaths filling up the belly of our
wood,
deep belly breaths, feeling the
wounding with her, connecting this energy here with the earth.
And the next inhale,
feel the breath go down your spine,
exhaling out of your root, out of your Yi, into the earth.
See it pouring out your body, these roots connecting you to the earth. Mother,
thank you divine mother for joining us this evening.
We ask of your wisdom and your guidance as we go into the depth and the heart of
our wim space. We ask that you be here along our path,
nurture us, us
for your creative powers and potential guide our way into our
creators living to our liveliness,
guide our way, and to where our creative power is harnessed.
Guide our way into where and how we need to rebirth ourselves,
assist us along this path.
God, us, Sophia, the womb of all creation. Thank you.
We ask that you be here now surrounding us,
holding us in all that we are,
reminding us of this power housed deep within us. Sure,
deep within us saying thank you. Thank you,
mother Mary, Mary Magine.
We call upon you now you're divine mothering archetype to
show us how to inner mother ourselves,
how to show ourselves compassion in the time of heartache.
How to show ourselves deep compassion,
saying thank you, thank you, thank you. So try to
continuing to take these deep belly breaths,
feeling grounded, feeling deeply connected.
And if you don't yet feel the softness wash over you,
allow yourself to take a couple big deep breaths,
even more and deepen the feeling that you have that
connects you to the ground.
I want you to place your hands on your wound.
Now I want you to imagine that
you enter the space of your womb,
placing your consciousness directly in this heart of your wound
and breathing yourself and your awareness into this womb.
And as you enter this womb cave,
as your awareness enters this womb cave,
I want you to notice and feel
all the walls around you of this giant wound cave. That's it.
You are so small standing in this giant cave of your
womb, feeling your breath,
taking you there,
feeling guided and support from all the angels and guides
and asking your angels and guides for guidance and support as you enter through
this wisdom, through this portal into your higher knowing,
into whatever you've been carrying and holding onto,
seeing yourself standing there and feeling
any emotions stored here, allowed to wash over you.
Noticing and feeling any emotion that's being housed, it's stored here.
Allow yourself to ask yourself what you're holding onto.
What has been stored here?
Where have you been putting up walls?
And as you walk these caves of your womb,
I want you to see and imagine along these wound walls,
any depictions of memories of childhood,
any words that are carved or ingrained in the walls of your womb.
Maybe things that you've said to yourself, things that you've held onto,
things that you've believed yourself to be,
or maybe they're words of other people that have said hurtful.
Things that you have taken on as truth for yourself.
Just noticing and looking upon these wound walls,
seeing what do you see?
Are they memories? Are they words?
Are they images? Are they colors? Taking couple breaths.
See an opening at one of the sides of your
wound cave recording connection
with your inner child.
And I want you to follow this openings core, this energy line,
and see yourself walking down this hall with this
cave,
walking through this tunnel,
getting guided by a light until it opens up,
seeing it open up into a well-lit cave.
And in the middle of this well-lit cave, you see your inner child.
Notice this inner child.
Notice the position they're in. Notice what they're feeling,
what they look like, how they are holding themselves.
Notice, notice any other objects or colors or memories in the room.
As you come closer to this inner child,
I want you to come so close to them to where you can touch
them. Ask them what they're feeling,
what they're holding onto,
noticing what the inner child is holding onto
and telling them, I see you.
I'm sorry for abandoning your needs.
I love you for all that you are.
I'm sorry,
but I want you to go down with the center child and give them a hug.
Give them whatever they need to
way to connect you.
And how can you listen to that next time they're made?
Now allow yourself to walk back through that cave
through the tunnel.
Think that room and that inner child with so much love,
so much gratitude.
And now you enter your womb cape once more.
And now another doorway opens up
towards a different direction and the tunnel emerges
into another cord of energy.
And I want you to walk down this tunnel,
imagining yourself walking down this tunnel
that connects you to your mother
and see yourself walking down that cave,
entering a well lit calvern.
This is the energy that connects you to your mother
and seeing this connection to your mother.
And in this cavern,
you see this connection of energy that you've held onto
you. Notice this cord of energy with your mother,
what it feels like.
And you see her standing there in the room
and asking yourself what you're feeling from your mother here.
What energy is she emoting here?
And now allowing yourself to be aware of that,
to let go of whatever you've been holding onto that is not yours.
Taking a big deep breath. And as you exhale,
feeling purified from all, all these energies that aren't yours
and letting them go with love and holding your mother.
Holding your mother with compassion, with understanding, with love,
and letting go of all the things that she may have passed down to.
Seeing these parts of yourself fall along as you walk back down
this tunnel that connects you to your womb
coming in closer and closer to the womb tunnel,
to your womb cave.
And then you enter, okay,
I want you to imagine now one more door is opening up.
This door is what connects you to your most recent intimate partner.
As you walk down the energy cord line that connects you
to your most recent intimate partner.
Notice any emotions that are firsthand coming through. Any resistance?
No, you continue to walk down.
So you enter well
is the energy that has been transferred
from this person to you. And you can see this person in the room,
maybe they're holding onto this energy as well.
You can just visualize and notice bringing awareness
to that person
and noticing any emotion,
stress or energy that you have taken on from this partner,
from this incident, lever
taken on.
See it for what it is and know that it's okay. You can fully release it.
Holy exhale,
releasing and feeling these waves of energy balancing off of
you at the assistance of your angels and guides as they
purify European from all these energies that are not yours.
All the emotion that you have taken on,
any stress that you have taken on through this court
of energy.
See any other things that you're feeling here in this moment?
Notice what they're feeling.
Take a deep breath, let it go.
As you walk back towards this tunnel,
down that tunnel hallway cord into your room space.
See yourself walking back.
Get back to that doorway, into your room space,
to the heart of your webspace place your hands here.
Taking a deep breath
and seeing all doorways that link you to others.
Be closed as you go inward into your whim.
Letting only your energy in right now
being clear that only your motion, energy,
and whatever it is that's lying here, make itself present to you
this moment, bringing so much love,
so much gratitude to this space.
And now I want you to imagine this cord that connects your womb space to your
heart,
this cord of energy that connects your womb space to your heart.
And allow all the love in your heart just to overflow for all
that you are, for all that you came here to be,
for what you have done in this life so far,
for all the beautiful things that you've created.
Let this love for yourself overflow, pouring down into your womb space,
this divine love, this divine gratitude,
so much love and so much gratitude planting these seeds of love.
To flourish.
To flourish. Okay, thank you.
I'm just asking now that if there's any wisdom in your womb that wants to
come through, ask that it come through right now.
The wisdom of my womb. What do you need from me now?
Take a big deep breath, hold it at the top,
and as you exhale, let the answers pour through.
Thinking yourself now and writing down anything you
experienced, knowing that when we write things down,
we connect the right and the left hemispheres of our brain,
and more of that meditation is able to come through.
More wisdom that may have not yet come through is able to be
channeled as well. So know this time is potent for writing,
for reflecting.
Thank you guys for being here,
embracing your will and the power of the feminine.
Bring so much gratitude for you and for your journey into the womb.
The next one will be two Thursdays from now every other Thursday
we will do the Zoom meeting.
7:30 PM Have a beautiful day, night,
wherever you.
