Wonderful to see so many here from, uh,
last year's conference.
And, uh, so many new people,
so many people haven't seen before.
So, uh, it's really great to be here
and to just share this information.
And, uh, I come from Hawaii, so really,
I just wanna stay to everyone.
A big Aloha Allo. Aha. There we go.
Well, um, just very briefly, what is it
that I do, um, by training a profession?
I'm a political scientist,
and I always wanna point out that there's a big difference
between a political scientist and a politician, right?
Just so people know.
And there's a big difference between an exo politician,
exo political and analyst,
and a politician, you know, politicians.
Um, basically these are people that make policy.
These are guys that make decisions that affect our lives.
So when things go right, you know, we vote for them.
Get 'em to come in, uh, reelected when things go bad,
you know, we know who to complain about.
It's the politic, it's the politicians.
'cause these are the guys making the, uh, policies,
the political scientists.
What our job is to analyze the data,
analyze the information,
and present it to policy makers so
that they can make the correct decisions.
Now, I'm a political scientist by training,
but unfortunately the university
that I was working at when I wanted
to talk about this field, they basically said, no, uh,
this is not material we want discussed here.
So, you know, thank you and goodbye.
So, I'm here now,
and I'm gonna present this material to you
as though you are policy makers,
because in a way,
as we've been hearing from the earlier presentations,
everyone here is part of a collective policy making process,
the collective consciousness.
Uh, you are the ones
that are gonna manifest these new policies
that affect the planet.
And people like me, we are presenting to you the information
so that you can make informed choices about
what to do for the planet.
Because ultimately, all of this information,
it's all gonna come down to what you as an individual, you
as groups, and you as a collective are gonna decide
is most suitable for the new reality
that we are all collectively gonna manifest.
So this is the briefing
that I'm gonna give you on secret space programs, um,
especially concerning the US Navy.
So I'm gonna be presenting to you the data
that I think is the most credible
that the US Navy has been involved in setting up a secret
space program and presenting all this information so
that you can make choices as to what direction we need
to go, because choices have to be made,
and collectively, we all are a big part of the process of
where our planet is gonna go.
So let's start from the beginning.
Uh, how do we understand this phenomenon?
Well, I think a use very useful way
of understanding it is looking at the information
that's presented to us from this gentleman,
William Tompkins.
Um, who in 1941 was a precocious 17-year-old
that built accurate models of, uh, navy ships
that were docked out there in, uh, long Beach, California.
And his designs were so accurate that they came
to the intelligence of Navy.
They came to the attention of US Navy intelligence,
and they interrogated Bill Tompkin's father, thinking
that he was a spy.
Um, and once they realized that it was really his son
that was behind these models
that were displayed very prominently in Hollywood Boulevard
in a, in a department store, they interrogated his, his son
and realized that they had, uh, a prodigy,
really a child prodigy who had, uh, idy memory,
an incredible, uh, attention to detail
who could build these accurate Navy models.
And they thought, well, this is the kind of person
that we wanna have working for us.
So at 17 years old, they basically took Bill Tompkins out
of high school and stuck him in this kind
of little known aircraft company called Volti Aircraft,
which eventually was absorbed by some
of the other aircraft companies.
Uh, but Navy Intelligence, uh, was the organization
that he began working for.
Uh, Tompkins uh, wrote about, uh, his recruitment
by US Navy Intelligence about his time at the Volti Aircraft
Company, and then how he was, uh, uh, reassigned
to Naval Air Station, San Diego, where the story begins.
Um, but on the way we have this
phenomenon called the Los Angeles Air Raid.
So this all happened, um,
while Tompkins was working at Volti Aircraft Company.
Um, that was his assignment for the,
for the Navy intelligence.
So he's learning all about building aircraft, uh,
components, and he's being trained for
basically being reassigned eventually to Naval Air Station
to help the Navy develop the latest or the newest
and next generation of aircraft.
So then you have this incident, 1942, um, at Los Angeles,
where you have these craft flying over, uh, these
UFOs hovering over the sky of Los Angeles.
And, and I guess many of you,
how many people have not heard of the Los Angeles?
Hands up, if you haven't heard of that.
Okay, well, just a few people, just a handful.
But as you can see, it was big news in the time.
1942, February of the evening of, uh, February 24th, 25th,
uh, these UFOs hover over Los Angeles.
They come in a, in a squadron,
and they just hover, uh, the, uh,
the US Army basically unleashes its artillery against all
of these UFOs that are floating up there.
And it just goes on for a few hours.
None of the UFOs appear to,
to have been damaged or get shot down.
And eventually the newspapers run the story that you know,
well, you know, what was the Army shooting at?
Well, you know, according to Bill Tompkins, this is
what he says, and he was actually an eye witness.
He was there. Uh, he's currently 94 years old.
Anyone 94 here.
94, okay, well, um,
so he was there, he was there at this time.
And, uh, and he said just
after midnight, the air raid, sirens
and anti-aircraft, guns
of the coastal artillery woke everyone up.
We ran out onto the street
and saw a large round craft above 7,000 feet up
floating in the air above us.
It was stationary, it was lit up
by eight searchlights while anti-aircraft shells burst all
around and against it.
Most of the shells exploded on the bottom of the craft.
We just couldn't believe the thing hadn't exploded
or been shut down or shot down.
Three, then five other ships appeared near it.
Some of them, some of the searchlights as well
as the anti-aircraft teams focused on each of one
as they passed the first object.
Eventually, the first craft slowly departed as well.
So you get the picture,
massive UFOs just floating over Los Angeles being stationary
for a while, other craft kind of, uh, approaching
and appeared to be attached to this larger craft,
which was really a mother, a mother ship.
So this was, this all happened in 1942,
and as you can imagine, um,
it got the attention of everyone there.
Uh, the navy, the army, everyone was, was paying attention.
So what did the Navy say to the about this?
Well, you know what the Navy said officially about this was
this jittery nerves that the army artillery guys,
they were just shooting at nothing.
There was nothing there. These army guys know nothing. Okay?
So, you know, that's the Navy story on this, uh, the army,
you know, the Army secretary, uh, he's a little more, uh,
kind of, uh, wanting to give the, uh, you know,
do recognition
to the brave guys manning the artillery barrage.
And like, well, there was something up there.
They were shooting at something,
but we don't know what it was.
But, you know, the guys were doing their jobs, so they,
they weren't jittery, they were doing their job.
Um, so, you know, he was kind of covering the butts
of the guys, you know, shooting up, up, up,
up at nothing according to what the navy,
uh said was up there.
But something was up there.
Uh, it was covered by all the news media, bill Tomp saw it,
and many others, uh, reported seeing this object up there.
So something really did happen.
But what, well, uh, there was a document
that was released part of the Majestic documents.
Um, this is something that, uh, Dr. Robert Wood, uh, um,
has become well known for.
He collects and authenticates majestic documents,
and these are documents that are leaked,
that are official documents,
but that, that have not been released through the Freedom
of Information Act.
Nor will you find these on the National Archives.
Um, these have been leaked,
but they are official documents that have been authenticated
by Dr. Wood and others to be genuine.
So these are real documents that tell us about
what happened, even though they're not officially
acknowledged, they have been shown to be very accurate.
And so what these majestic documents tell us is that the
craft that what happened at Los Angeles in 1942, that
that was a real incident where two craft were
shut down or recovered.
Um, and that one was recovered by the Army
and the other, by the Navy.
Um, and that at least one of the craft was taken
to the Army's, uh, premier, uh, research facility
for aerial objects at the time.
In 1942, there was no US Air Force,
it was the US Army Air Force, or the US Army Air Corps.
They actually, uh, they merged in around that time
to form the US Army Air Force.
So the premier research facility for all foreign, um, uh,
aircraft was right field in Dayton, Ohio.
So this is where these UFOs were taken.
So it's very important to keep in mind that this is where,
uh, the Army Air Force, as it was known at the time, uh,
took all its most, um, experimental
or foreign research aircraft.
So here's an FBI memo, uh, from that showing that in 1947,
the Roswell, uh, UFO crash, that the Army
Air Force took it to right field for studies.
So the Army Air Force, this is what they did.
Any UFOs, any foreign objects, anything of note they would,
would take there for study.
So what did the Navy do?
We know that according to Secretary Knox at the time,
you know, the Los Angeles Air raid incident was, uh,
was just jittery nerves.
But we know from this official document that was leaked
that they, the Navy got its hand on, um, aircraft on UFOs.
So what the Navy did was it basically set up a study group,
it set up a group to find out what was going on,
what are these objects, where do they come from?
So the person that they got to run this, this, uh,
program was James Forestal, who at the time of the, uh,
Los Angeles Air raid was the undersecretary of the Navy.
And in 1944, he becomes the Secretary of the Navy.
He replaced the guy, uh, John Knox,
who thought it was all jittery nerves.
This was his replacement. Later on, James Forreal.
Um, now according to William Tompkins, James Forreal,
he was put in that position of undersecretary of position,
uh, under Secretary of State by Roosevelt.
Um, and there was a reason for that, and that was
because Forreal was already in communication
with a group of extraterrestrials, Nordic extraterrestrials,
and that they placed him in that position
that they orchestrated for him to be chosen
by President Roosevelt
to become the undersecretary of the Navy.
And, um, and then eventually he became the Secretary
of the Navy, and Forreal was the guy
running the Navy's research program to understand
what these objects were.
So according to Bill Tompkins,
forreal gets, gets, communicate,
gets a communication from these Nordic extraterrestrials.
Now by Nordic, you know, we, we think of the term
of kinda like, you know, Swedes, Scandinavians kind
of blonde, blue eyed, uh, very attractive,
um, extraterrestrials.
Well, you know, bill Tompkins,
he's using the term in a more generic sense to refer to kind
of human looking extraterrestrials.
But what he's saying is, is quite amazing that back in 1942,
at the highest levels of the US Navy, um,
and even with the secretary, uh, even
with President Roosevelt, uh,
these human looking extraterrestrials
or Nordics, as Tompkins refers to them,
were already playing a role in helping, uh, the US Navy
and the US get a heads up on these, uh, UFOs,
on these anti-gravity aircraft, uh,
that the extraterrestrials were flying.
Now, why is that? I'll get into that a little bit later,
but it's important to keep in mind at this point
that in 1942, the Navy
and the US more generally, is actually being helped from
behind the scenes by a group
of extraterrestrials, the, the Nordics.
So this is what, uh, bill Tompkins said, hope,
what's most important here, secretary of the Navy,
Forestal had a communication from Nordics
to make a selection of the individual who was
to take this Navy espionage program.
What's important here is that of the 37 admirals
that could have been picked to handle this, an individual
who had not been influenced
by having graduated from Annapolis,
or gotten all of the incorrect information about everything
on this planet, which is misinformation that's been given
to us by the Reptilians for at least 5,000 years,
controlling this planet end quote.
So, you know, what Tompkins is saying here is that
at this point in US history, you know, the US has
just started the Second World War, um, that you have this,
uh, Los Angeles air raid where two UFOs are recovered.
Uh, this under Secretary
of the Navy is being given messages from these Nordic
extraterrestrials and told who to pick from a, from
amongst the, the Navy's, uh, off, um, officer Corps
to run this top secret espionage program
that the Navy was gonna set up to find out
what was going on in Germany when it came to UFOs.
Because back then, in 1942, uh, the, the Navy realized
very quickly that these UFOs, uh, these were things
that the US was barely beginning to understand,
but the Germans had been studying this
for well over a decade, and they were far ahead.
So the Navy was playing catch up,
and so the Navy was being helped,
and they were being, being given assistance in who to choose
to help understand what really is going on
with these anti-gravity craft, these extraterrestrial, um,
visitors to our world.
And Tompkins was mentioning Reptilians.
So he's actually referring back then to this awareness
by the Navy, uh, brass, that there were a group
of extraterrestrials reptilians that were not friendly.
And so they needed to find out what was really happening,
get an idea of the big picture.
So, uh, commander Rick Oda at the time, Rick Oda,
who basically was tapped on the shoulder
to run this navy espionage program out
of Na Air Station San Diego, he was given orders to travel.
Um, at the time he was the head of the power
plant department, bureau of Aeronautics, um,
in Washington, DC for the Navy.
And he was ordered to travel to right field.
This was on the same day
that the crash occurred in Los Angeles.
Later on ol border in Washington, DC gets orders
to travel to Wright Field.
And so by the time he arrives in Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio,
um, in early March, the craft from Los Angeles,
the UFO craft that was shot down,
had been transported to Wright Field.
And Olor Alda, he was given this assignment
because according to Bill Tompkins,
this guy had a kind of open mind.
He wasn't prejudiced by the, the scientific, uh,
curriculum that all Navy officers, engineers,
scientists are put through, that he was,
he hadn't gone through Annapolis.
He had gone through a kind of non-traditional route
to the Officer Corps of the Navy.
And so he was flexible, open-minded, but he was a genius.
This was the thing similar to Bill Tompkins.
Uh, he was a, he was a genius,
and he had risen, uh, he was a,
he was an Australian from no less than from Melbourne,
my city in Australia.
So he was, uh, he was born in Australia in 1891,
and eventually immigrated, uh, to the US
and joined the US Navy
and rapidly rose through the Officer Corps, didn't go
to Annapolis, but because of his brilliance in engineering
and understanding of, uh, experimental aircraft, he rose
to become the chief of the bureau plant at the Bureau
of Aeronautics, which was a very important,
uh, part of the Navy.
The, these were the people that were basically developing
the, the high performance engines
for the Navy's combat aircraft.
So he had a very responsible job,
and it makes sense that this would be the guy
that the Navy would tap on the shoulder to travel to,
right field, to look over this captured UFO
and find out how, on
how on earth do these things propel themselves.
You know, what's the propulsion system for these things?
These guys, uh, could, you know,
they were stationary over Los Angeles at that time
and withstood this artillery barrage.
And at the time, uh, helicopters were only in their infancy.
Um, it was only after the war that they became operational.
So they were only, uh, helicopters were still being, uh,
developed at that time.
Still very experimental. So that was his job.
He went there to study that.
Now, according to Bill Tompkin, uh, those two craft
that were retrieved from the Los Angeles aircraft, uh,
air raid, that these were actually drones.
These were unmanned, uh, extraterrestrial craft
that were a gift to the US Navy, to the us.
Why did they do that? Well, I'll explain that.
Uh, but this was basically, uh, a goodwill gesture to the US
to basically help them kind of, uh, get up to speed
with these kinds of advanced technologies, uh,
because this was what the Germans were doing,
and the Germans were doing it, uh,
studying these things at a, an alarming rate.
So the US needed to play catch up,
so they were being helped by the Nordics.
So, um, a.
