Regarding the new script: in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, when a terton (treasure revealer) receives a new teaching, it can sometimes be in, basically, a zip file. Contact Tara Mandala temple in Pagosa Springs. They can help you with translations if the language is Sanskrit. If you suspect it’s an Assyrian language (written in cuneiform), my favorite Assyriologist is Dr. Irving Finkel at the British Museum. (I don’t know if he’s open to our kind of strangeness, but his Ark Before Noah documentary on YouTube is super interesting.)
