Hi there, I am here to share, have some good laughs, and share the joy of self.
I enjoy internal Chinese Arts, Chi Gung, Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Kua Chang , as well as Jin Shin Do accupressure.
These days I find myself becoming more of my namesake "Aquarius" and it feels like now more than ever I am here to gather important information and condense it into a more simple and syntheszied useful format to help unfold clarity in these chaotic times.
