Next Episode: Ep1: Guardian - Power Hour Prayer
I am Natasha and it's such a pleasure
to connect with you today.
So I am launching
a new series called Power Our Prayer,
this series is actually something that we'll be going
for a full year, basically 13 prayers,
and there may be other stuff added in if required
or in tune with at the time, you know,
so Power our prayer is a space in which we are
co-creating together.
So I may be facilitating this space,
but it's actually shared, it's a shared process
for us all, and it's free
and inclusive for anyone who wants to join.
So please feel free to come every month.
The process in Power, our prayer, the reason why it kind
of came through from Spirit, I guess,
and I've been praying on this a lot, was
that there was such an emphasis
on getting together One Heart, one Mind,
and really connecting into a space of shared co-creation,
not only with each other, but with the,
I guess the hierarchal, hierarchical spiritual teams,
our own guides
and the many different spiritual masters
and beings, as well as obviously Great Spirit,
which we all have a direct source connection with.
So this space is co-created,
therefore we, whoever shows up
and whoever is part of this, is actually part
of co-creating this energy
that's we wanna bring onto the earth and here
and now across all times, dimensions, places,
spaces, and realities.
My background is in creative practice,
so I'm a facilitator of co-creative spaces, whether
that's to do with art in all different forms.
So production, creative direction, painting, sculpting,
channeling, bringing through various forms
of art practice has been my life's work.
And I often hear people say to me, I'm not creative,
or I never learned how to do art,
so I can't draw, et cetera.
And I just don't feel that that's true,
that maybe we don't always realize that we have the ability
to connect with our creativity,
but it's there, it's there for us.
And this world in which we perceive externally
is created through our shared
receiving and the way in which we transmit that receiving.
So the more we get together in one heart, one mind,
and share a space of authentic
and genuine connection,
the more we actually co-create a reality in which is far
more harmonious to everyone on this planet,
every being on this planet, every creature, every aspect,
um, and the planet.
Obviously I call Gaia Star, you know,
that is really why we're here.
We're here to be of service
and that is what I've come to understand
and obviously have experienced in my lifetime.
So power, our prayer was my way of being able
to share a creative practice with whoever would like
to join, as it is a all
inclusive shared space.
You are welcome to come onto the Zoom calls
or there will be replays, um, from the recordings.
There are some really important things
that I wanna bring up.
So I'm just gonna get my notes.
Well, I will give you a little bit more background about
myself just
because it helps you understand who, who might be
guiding this space with you.
Uh, I was born in the Solomon Islands
and I grew up there till I was nearly seven years old.
So my first near seven years of life was actually
in a very different culture to Australia.
So I'm, I'm now in Australia
and I've been in Australia since, uh, coming to this culture
and the overwhelm that I experienced
as a result of being quite culturally confused
and the very different aspects of, like, for example, rules
or social expectations were very,
yeah, I guess they were very, uh, diminishing
of my connection to source to some degree.
Not to say that that was
for any reason other than having such
a huge change in my life.
But the culture was just very different.
Growing up in the Solomon Islands, I was not really
aware of time in the same way that time exists in a lot
of the Western kind of cultures.
I didn't really understand money or any of those things
because it wasn't really at all a part of my life
for those years.
And then even moving to Australia, it took me a long time
to kind of catch on to some of the things that exist
as a normal part of life here.
So my way of communicating with the world was
often abstract.
It wasn't necessarily in English language initially,
because while I was brought up by my parents
who are Australian, I was very immersed in
being taken care of by some carers who were from the islands
who were, uh, beautiful, beautiful women.
And we didn't really need
to communicate in a normal English sense.
So I guess the overemphasis around
English wasn't necessarily there.
I didn't realize that it was important
because it wasn't the most important form of communication.
So I remember very young being very connected
in a much more abstract form.
And that is just a word that describes various times
of types of communication that are,
For example, creative in various forms.
So it could be through just abstract sound
or, you know, creating altars with
secondhand toys
because we kind of just had whatever was available
as it was a totally different environment to the West.
When I came to Australia, I've been told
that when I saw a toy store
for the first time, I just had a meltdown.
Like I'd never seen anything like it.
And, you know, shoe shops were just mind blowing.
Like my mom would turn the other way for a second
and turn around and every shoe would be off the rack
because I just hadn't experienced that kind of,
what seemed like abundance to me.
'cause I just thought it was available to anyone.
I didn't understand the concept of money
or, uh, it took me a long time
to comprehend those things, as I said earlier.
So I kind of just wanted to explain that
to help you understand why, uh,
creative practice has been so important to me.
For me, it's been a way to translate my reality.
And I realized now that I was,
that was part of my purpose, is that I'm here to be creative
and remind people of their own unique
connection to creativity.
And it's everyone's divine, right?
But to do that, we have to come into an alignment
with our higher will and the connection with great spirit.
And sometimes we
live our lives every day getting caught up in the
mundane reality and not realize that,
that we're sort of creating our life,
but we're sort of disconnected from being a creator
and we're disconnected from the higher power
of Great spirit in some of our actions day to day.
So the purpose of power, our prayer is to bring about
a deeper conscious connection with great spirit
through creative practices.
Obviously the Power Owl prayer is one hour per month
and it goes for 13, uh, prayers or 13 moons I would say
'cause it's sort of synced with the natural
cycles of the earth.
Uh, what's also connected with the Mayan calendar, something
that I've worked with a lot over the last 10 years,
especially having been a liquid crystal practitioner
and liquid tree practitioner through that modality
and Justin Waha Asah teaches a lot of aspects around that.
And then there's also a beautiful and amazing writer.
Could Jose argue, I'm so sorry if I can't say it correctly.
So his, his, uh, ideas
and understanding of the law of time really felt very true
for me coming from the Solomon Islands
and not having an understanding
of the working week for a long time.
So that kind of gives you a bit of a background of
this practice is really intended to be
a fluid practice that you, it is important
to turn up and be committed,
but it's about exploring yourself
and your own connection with great spirit.
I'm just here as a guide to share a
structure and a framework which allows us to come together
and co-create this space and this reality
and this world that we are creators within
and in the likeness of great spirit.
So hopefully that makes sense.
So Power Hour Prayer is a monthly
28 day prayer process intended to create support
for self healers with great spirit.
This consists of 13 prayers every 28 days,
which will be held usually on a Sunday in USA time
and Mondays in Australian time.
In Australian time, it'll be
around 11 o'clock in the morning,
or I don't know the exact translation
of when it will be in the USA,
but that will all be outlined
clearly f for you, for everyone.
So what is the intention of power?
Our prayer, other than what I've already explained,
it says together, together in one heart, one Mind
with great spirit messengers
and the councils of light with great spirit,
which includes our guides, our light teams, as well
as our ancestors, and of course, here
with each other in this earthly experience.
The intention is not to only call in support into our lives,
our perspectives and our hearts and minds,
but to do this on behalf of our loved ones
and the people that we really care about
and humanity that you know, our brothers
and sisters during this time of great change,
we are currently experiencing and co-creating and exploring
and navigating together.
Okay, what is the process of power? Our prayer.
So each month we are getting together
and we are sort of working under
unique archetypal presences.
They're not necessarily already existing
frameworks in the way that, say, for example,
astrology operates under, even though they are connected in
with planetary alignments.
Uh, each moon has its own unique energy and frequency and,
and opportunities for us to develop ourselves within.
But what's come through from Spirit for me has been
a series of sort
of i ideas around the energy
that might be supportive for each person to sort of work
through each month.
So we'll sort of be going through a journey
under these different archetypal energies one per month
and exploring that healing, that self-healing that we have
with great spirit, um, together.
So that's, that's really an important part
of this whole practice is coming into the natural cycles,
unifying together, sharing a practice
and having something to look forward to each month up until,
uh, mid July next year.
The reason why we are starting it on this, you know, July is
because in the Mayan calendar,
it's actually seen as a whole new year.
So we have a New Year energy coming in,
and that starts on the 26th of the seventh, 2024.
So this process is coinciding with each moon
starting in the new year in a new cycle.
So I will be speaking prayers that relate
to archetypal presence at times.
This will incorporate some explanations
of archetypal presence as well as a combination of sound
and silence, as well as affirmations that come
through from great spirits messengers.
There could be call
and response sections of this prayer practice
encouraging everyone in a safe
and supportive environment of their own homes to be able
to explore their voice
because we are an instrument through that call and response.
Obviously there's no obligation in any of this.
It's giving people the opportunity to bring sound as a group
and shared that, uh, you know, in a space
across different places along the world or around the world,
and really unify that
and internalize that sovereignty that we are through our
word, through the word of great spirit working through us,
and clearing and self transformation
within that connection.
Uh, this is not intended obviously to be a religious
or to replace any religious practices.
Um, it, it doesn't abide by any common traditional
prayer practices.
So it's really a creative space in which we're all
co-creating together and sharing
and exploring under these archetypal presences.
And if that's kind of,
if you're wanting something more traditional,
this might not necessarily be for you, but that's okay.
You're so welcome to be a part of the space
and explore what
that energy is within you and and around you.
This is a free flow energy as much
as it has a very clear defined structure and purpose.
What preparations can people attending commit to
so they can get the most out of power hour prayer?
So this one, to me was really important
and it was really emphasized through spirit that
while we can all meet up for that one hour every 28 days
or, you know, give
or take, it's so important to have a practice that
we are able to relate to every day in our lives.
So I've got some things here written.
It says we can maintain a creative practice
such as an altar.
This could include items like flowers, plants, crystals,
photos of loved ones.
You want to pray over other images that relate
to things you would like to ask for healing from spirit.
You could also have images of guides, masters, angels
that you especially feel connected to.
It can be as complex or as simple as you like
or as whatever you feel guided to each month.
And the encouraging
I got from Spirit for you guys
and for for myself also is to
have a practice for the month that you kind of connect
with every single day.
And then when that new prayer practice comes out
or power hour prayer comes out, you can actually reorganize
that whole space and
or, you know, bring different elements in based on whatever
you are feeling intuitively and instinctively.
If you have concerns over alter practice,
and this is something that you would like more
just casual conversation
or connection with, we can organize a q
and a to go through some of these things.
'cause I've done a lot of alter practice over my life
and I I just love it.
It's so much fun and it's really is a prayer.
Like I said, there's different forms of communication.
We have English in the way that you're understanding me now,
but there are so many other forms of communication
that spirit comes through.
And if we haven't grown up in an environment like
Solomon Islands, for example,
and we might not always have access to that awareness in
that moment, but as soon as we realize it, we do,
we have access to it because our ability to be able
to expand our view allows us
to have a deeper connection with spirit.
So it's a really, it's,
it's a beautiful thing when our world opens up
and what we term
as abstract is actually just more forms of communication.
Things that we're learning how to translate in our reality.
Okay, so another one that I've written here is we can write
our own prayers leading up to each month's prayer
and place these prayers on our altars.
And we could read them morning and night.
So it could be like a morning
and night practice for 28 days until the next call.
It could be that you, you know,
bring sound into that practice.
You could sit in front of your alter
and do some sort of sound work if you have some simple
instruments or even using your own voice
and learning how to find safety in your
expression or your voice.
So there's many different ways,
and like I said, we can, we can organize a q and a
and go through some fun things that are really,
really beautiful ways to explore.
Uh, I like ongoing prayer practice in
various creative forms.
Okay, so basically devotional practices
like lighting a candle and doing a prayer every night
or spending time in nature to relax
and doing prayer silently are allowed in nature
to great spirit or also really amazingly
beautiful things to be doing.
Ways to find a sense of
connection to great spirit that helps us
tap into a more instinctual
and continual unbroken relation
with great spirit.
So that's really the, the focus is finding your unique way.
'cause everyone is so unique here
and we all have our own ways and depending on the time
and space that we happen to be in,
things are gonna relate more to us than other times.
You know, sometimes I'm making so many different altars
and doing so many different like sculptural elements
and sometimes I'm just so much more drawn
to spending time writing prayer.
So it's whatever calls to you
and that is really that invitation from Great Spirit.
So obviously I've just written, can you,
can anyone join Power Our Prayer?
It's an all inclusive space.
All details will be put uh, below
and you are obviously all welcome to come
and I'd love to share the journey with you and it is free.
There is no cost to this.
I think that it's really important in this time of change
that we have a sort of place in which we can tap into
and relax into, you know,
so how are we to show up in the space?
So this is a space of non-judgment.
These are really important factors to bring in, in,
if you're considering coming in every
month, you're so welcome.
There are just some really important guidelines
that I feel kind of create a safe
and secure energy
and it's actually good practice for us in life.
So these things have come through from spirit.
So they're things that I do my best to live by.
And in terms of group work
or shared co-created space, they feel really important.
So this is a, this is a space of non-judgment.
That's one really important thing.
We're not here to solve other people's problems.
We're not here to give advice.
Not to say that in your life outside of this space,
you can't continue to do that.
That is up to you how you live your life.
But in this space and in between this space
with the collective, we are recognizing
that the all pervading energy is actually a great spirit
and that we don't need to solve other people's problems
because great spirit's pretty onto most
of the things that are happening.
So the more that we can release the need
to solve problems in the way that we maybe normally do,
uh, in terms of the human perception where we kind
of polarize at times, it's sort of learning how
to become more neutral, that we're allowed to come
and turn up with our deep feelings.
You know, these feelings are really important
and it's not to minimize your own experience.
If you're having a very difficult time in one of the months
and you can feel the particular archetypal energy is really
challenging for you, uh, that's
absolutely legitimate to feel that way.
And there's no minimizing of somebody's experience.
The most important part is that we allow people
to express themselves in the chat
because I'll be mainly talking for the hour
and bringing through and bringing through different sounds
and in the chat, if you wanna share your prayer
or the things that you want help with, it's all part
of the weaving that we're co-creating together.
So that feels important to highlight because,
because we are all going through our own form of pain
and that is part of the human experience.
And we all need
to be wherever we need to be to learn the lessons
that we are here to learn, as you guys know.
So we aren't here to minimize somebody's experience.
We're not here to solve somebody's problems.
We're here to be present
and witness the, the unfolding journey
and allow people to show up however they need to show up,
but obviously in a respectful manner.
So we're always being respectful to our brothers and sisters
because we are children of God and and great spirit.
And great spirit loves us very much
and we are more receptive when we remain nonjudgmental.
We are able to receive the miracles of great spirit in ways
that we might not even be able to foresee.
And in this particular space,
it's set up this way for that purpose.
So you have direct access with source.
Each and every one has their own
connection with source, obviously.
And it allows their guides, each person's guides
to come in more closely
and start to co-create with that individual.
And then together all of our teams together co-create
in this reality and inter dimensionally
and inter perceptionally.
So this is about opening ourselves up to
inviting the support to come from being sort
of maybe already walked the way on earth
and have a lot of mastery
or are very,
very adept in particular types of healing.
And so great spirit will guide the whole process.
And great spirit obviously isn't masculine or feminine only.
It's, it's the all pervading unified field
of consciousness.
It's, it's the all pervading presence
of the living presence I often call great spirit is
the living presence of life.
So I just, I just glanced over here.
So it says, great spirit knows exactly how
to navigate all obstacles through each individual.
And the more we release
and surrender ourselves to love wisdom
and power of great spirit, the more we are able
to let people be where they need to be in any given moment.
Spiritual hygiene is really imperative
to maintain the clarity
of this co-created sacred space that we share.
We are all responsible for this space together.
We must be vigilant in working
through our pains without projecting them onto others
and reacting to others' pains.
This is intended and must be maintained as a safe space.
Please bring everything you feel to source
and let great spirit figure out the best ways
to heal these situations.
What are the guidelines of power?
Our prayer in a more simplified way.
And I just will read these ones
out 'cause they feel important.
Be respectful of our human family.
We are not here to fix or save anyone.
Great spirit is the solver of all obstacles.
Put faith in spirit.
Keep an ongoing practice monthly leading up
to amplify your prayers.
Refrain from opinions on each other within this sacred space
before, during, and after.
Let go of the perceptions you temporarily carry
and let great spirit surprise you, you know,
in divine timing, even though that can be very frustrating
as a human, but it is so much better when we allow things
to unfold in a divine way and not force things.
Okay, so these two points are kind of really important
for those who might not have experienced prayer in other
forms other than maybe a traditional sense
or maybe haven't explored some of these creative ways
of understanding, you know, the word and silence.
So I just wanna share these
'cause they came through really clearly from spirit.
What is the importance of sound
and silence in connection with prayer work?
Natural instruments, including the human voice,
support the nervous system in connection
to more expansive bandwidths
and frequencies that are in connection to great spirit
and the unified field of creation.
For us as individuals working together
to co-create a sacred space with the many guides
and messengers of great spirit and source
and in
and of its itself sound helps us travel
to other aspects of our beingness
and find a more fluid resonance beyond our limitations.
Different sounds from instruments such as drums, rattles,
tuning forks, harmonica voice, et cetera.
Help us to anchor, release, clear away, recharge,
attune, align, and recognize our perceived reality
and open our nervous systems up to the pure
and clear light of source.
In prayer practice sound can be a great
and powerful aid in helping us let go of limitations
and journey into more expensive aspects of ourselves.
Sound is more masculine, sound ignites
and creates a new path of light to express itself within
and without ourselves and our realities.
Each sound activates us
and will move through us as vessels of spirit.
The next question was about silence.
So what is the importance of silence
in connection with prayer Work?
Silence is very important
because it gives us a way to delve deeper into receptivity
to our own higher selves, our guides messengers
of great spirit and great spirit as the living source
of all life in all ways.
Silence may also let us all take a breath
and relax so we can
release anything that requires healing with great spirit.
Receptivity is really important and silence
and sound together help us
reach a more direct path to source,
which we all deserve to have
and can have if we mo
if we move past our judgments and move beyond them.
Silence is more feminine.
Silence frames
and holds containment for each word, each sound
and each activity that occurs when doing prayer practices.
I wanna add that the reason why sound
and silence has been brought up as part of the discussion is
because I sometimes bring through sound with my voice.
I am not a trained singer.
I do not call myself an A performer in any way,
but sometimes great spirit and our teams
and our mission is to walk a path
that challenges us on many levels.
So at times I will bring through different sounds.
Sometimes that will be drumming depending
on what I'm guided to do.
Sometimes that will be tuning forks.
Sometimes that will be my voice
and sometimes it will just be silence.
There will just be a period
or space in which everybody is given the blessing
of silence and just to really listen to that silence.
So that feels really foundational to power our prayer.
Why It helps us have more awareness of
how we operate in the world every day when we have something
to come to where we're allowed to enjoy silence
and we're allowed to, you know, enjoy words
and the words are nourishing
and supportive to our, to our being.
What are some varieties of prayer
that will be worked with empower?
Our prayer opening and closing prayers, storytelling
or poetry aligned to archetypal presence that will be guided
to become coming through each month.
Call and response prayers where I may say align
and leave space for others to speak it for themselves,
to allow the sound to move through their body instrument
channeled prayers, re
referenced prayers from written materials and books.
So if something comes through leading up
that I'm really guided to read out,
I will obviously credit the book and,
and let you guys know where it's
from and it will come through.
You're also welcome to share prayers
that you've written in the chat
and also if you have anything that's written
or if you, if you are really amazing
and you know a lot in the Bible
and you'd like to add little quotes that are really relative
or for example the law of one,
please feel free to add them in the chat.
They, they will all be part of the weaving
of this co-creation together for power.
Our prayer prayers that are shared
as written form in the chat
by attendees obviously just mention that sound and
and silence as prayer in
and of itself, alter art, movement, et cetera.
If participants are doing this at home, this is a prayer
that is organically part of the shared practice,
even if not visibly seen or known in the power our prayer.
So if you are naturally listening to the part of the prayer
and you need to move your body
and you're in the safety of your own home
and you have your mic off, you know,
and that's part of the movement or the clearing, go with it.
You know, be where you need to be
and allow yourself to flow.
When does power our prayer start?
The first of the 13th,
power hour prayers will actually commence on the
20th of July, 2024 in the US
time and in Australian time,
that will be the
21st of July, 2024.
The dates will be announced leading up to each of them.
They will generally fall on the Sunday
for the US participants
and the Monday for the Australian participants.
And it won't always be every 28 days
because it depends on when the closest day
to the transition of each moon based on the mine calendar.
But we will just do our best
and we'll be connecting in with the energies either prior
to the, the beginning of the moon or just after.
So it'll always be around
that transitional point between moons.
I think that's it. I am just tuning in
and just seeing if there's
anything else that's coming through.
I'm very much looking forward to sharing
this practice with you guys.
And thank you so much for taking the time to connect in
with this preliminary guidelines.
This is, the purpose of this is really to
connect with the framework prior
so we can make a commitment within ourselves to
do the 13 calls
and prayers together, that we make that promise
to our team, our angelic teams, our guides, our masters
that walk around us and support us in, in interdimensional
realms connected to the here and now
and our, obviously our higher self and our connection
and our direct connection with source.
And make this commitment that no matter what,
we will turn up and show up
and start to really hold our light in the here and now
and share this prayer practice.
And like I said earlier on in the, in this
recording, how important it is to maintain
a practice, a creative practice to
to give yourself the opportunity to explore your creativity
and your higher will with great spirit
and how that will actually amplify your prayers each month
for this whole next Mayan New Year.
Thank you so much for your love and support
and I look forward to sharing this space with you.
Lots of love.
