Mike Waskosky - Ascension Summit 2025
WEBVTT
So I thought I would do a presentation today on the
subject of the law of one and Becoming Health.
And this is a phrase that came to me earlier this week
as I was thinking about a phrase in the law
of one, how we are.
We're not just every being,
but we are every emotion, we are every feeling.
We are every event where every kind of experience,
the identity that we tie ourselves with as a person
who can be sick or healthy, is not necessarily
an appreciation of what, what responsibility we have to
detach ourselves from the body
and attach ourselves to that which is archetypal
and beyond all form.
And one expression of an infinite creator working
through this reality is an expression of healing
and of health and of wholeness.
And we can identify as that.
We don't have to be identified with the body.
We can be identified with health.
And when we're identified with health itself,
and we allow ourselves to step back if we are,
if we're feeling ill or if we're feeling sick
or we see sickness around us, we can say, oh, I'm, I know
that, that that is not what I choose to be in this moment.
And I allow myself to be what I am.
And I become health and I bring health into my reality.
And so I will go through the slides that I have together,
put together for you guys and, uh, on this subject.
And I wanna get into what the law
of one book say about the relationship
between mind, body, and spirit.
'cause I think this, this has a lot
of, a lot to do with health.
And talk about the metaphysical principles of healing.
I'll talk about some treatments
and breakthroughs that most people probably are not aware of
that are very useful to know about.
And some
of these are very scientifically well documented now,
which is profound that, that
so many things doctors just don't know about.
Doctors aren't really gonna know about
unless you bring it to them.
'cause science and medicine are not completely linked.
There's so much money in both,
but there's more money in medicine,
there's more agendas in the way people practice medicine.
So you can't expect your doctor to know about
the things that you need.
You have to do your own research.
And it's, it's a sad situation,
but it's, it,
It's becoming more navigable now
with better information being available.
And, uh, I'll talk about the nature of addictions, how
that relates to sugar and food in general.
I'll talk about Edgar Casey's recommendations.
There's so many that I won't, I'll be barely be able
to scratch the surface on what Edgar Casey talked about.
Um, but that was a huge influence for me.
Agar Casey's health information.
When I first started my, my research journey,
before I knew about the law of one,
before I knew about course vehicles
or anything, I came across Agar Casey's material
and found a way to browse all of it,
which is not, not easy to do.
But I found a way and, um,
I, I may provide some resources later on for people
who are interested to, to find a way
to browse THEC readings.
Um, because he gave extremely specific,
explicit health information that covers all, almost all
of the major areas of natural health knowledge that people
are just discovering
and realizing are legitimate today, even in this century,
this, this decade, the discoveries are just, just repeating
what Edgar Casey knew about and talked about.
Um, in his, his channeling material, his, he would go read,
read the cast records, come out and, and give treatments.
And I'll talk about the nature of becoming light
and health as more of an archetypal pattern.
Um, as I started talking about,
and I will cover, let's see if I can get this working.
Uh oh, yeah, I gotta do disclaimers arbitrary, uh,
obligatory, whatever the word dis whatever the word is here.
This information is provided for educational,
informational purposes only.
Not not personal medical advice.
We encourage viewers to consult their physician, pharmacist,
or other licensed provider if you, if you have one,
before starting stopping or changing any regimen.
Your individual needs are not something that we have to,
that we address here.
Uh, these statements have not been
valued by the Food and Drug Administration.
Any reference products are not intended
to diagnose trait cure or prevent any disease.
Even if I claim something is meant to cure something, uh,
pretend that I didn't say that for legal reasons.
Uh, and you're to use this information at your own risk.
And we're not liable for any outcomes
of you using this information for your own health choices.
Alright, here's a, a a a funnier disclaimer.
I realized that I had to go one level deeper, which is
that health information in general is so polarizing.
Uh, if you, uh, if you talk about health subjects
and you're talking to somebody
who has become very convinced, it's almost like it's,
it's a religion to people when you talk
about certain health subjects.
Um, and so labeling health, any, any food,
even labeling a food as good
or bad, I'm not going to eat that 'cause it's bad.
Seed oils are a funny example, you know,
where people are very, very polarized.
Now, there's a lot of people, uh, eating oil
and a lot of products and a lot
of people saying, oh, it's obviously bad.
Um, and it's so polarizing now
because there's no easy way
for people to, to know the truth.
It's, it's extremely hard to understand.
But the truth doesn't seem to be good
or bad in most cases of foods.
The the truth about the way we see things is more important
than labeling them as good or bad.
And we have to go straight back to the hilarious story,
the book of Genesis about the, the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil.
And isn't it funny that God had to start out this,
this symbolic Phil philosophical metaphor of seeing in terms
of good and evil with a piece of food,
or at least the concept that people are taking from it is
that it was a literal fruit.
But of course, we're talking about fruit being
that which comes forth from the invocation of a desire
to see things in terms of good and evil.
But forgiveness, I be, I believe, is the healer
of needing to see in terms of good and evil.
And we can accept that there is a
divine plan for every food.
And that, uh, praying for our food might be sufficient
to turn it into that which we need when we're,
when we're eating it, if, if we can see it as healthy.
That's choosing to see healthiness in
what you eat is more important than changing your diet is
the, is the way I'm phrasing this.
But gotta be careful about your identification
with food choices too.
And I'll talk about the law of one a lot.
Um, this is, uh,
channel material if you haven't heard about it.
This is the latest edition, the Raw Contact.
Uh, this is 2 106 channeling sessions
that were done from 1981 to 1984.
The most incredible channel
of material I've ever come across.
I trust them to trust this material pretty well.
Uh, it, it's been very helpful for me.
Very reliable, very consistent and coherent.
They follow very strict channeling protocols, did a lot
of protections, protection rituals to make sure that they,
they were only getting their one source
and not a mixed quality cho source of information.
They called this a narrow band contact.
And you could find us on ll research.org.
And this is the team of people
who may, who channeled this material.
Carla on the left, Don Elkins in the middle.
Jim McCarty on the right.
Jim McCarty is the only surviving number right now.
This is a picture of Carl Ruckert channeling material
with the Bible open to John chapter one behind her head
that was part of the protocol that they were given
to bring her greater comfort in the process.
And three microphones, 'cause the
microphones would randomly die.
Alright, so let's go into the concept
of Mindbody, uh, links.
Um, the raw context says that
catalyst of MINDBODY
and spirit, the catalyst that we need
for experience in order
to fuel our potentials for growth and for learning.
Catalyst is first offered to the entity.
And if it is not used by the mind complex,
catalyst first comes with the mind.
And if it's not used by the mind, it will then filter
through to the body complex
and manifest as some form of physical distortion.
The more efficient the use of catalyst,
the less physical distortion to be found.
And I'll talk about cancer as being a simple example later
where they give the ca the example
of anger being a ca a catalyst of the mind.
If you just can't do something
with your frustration in your mind, if it's just got nowhere
to go, it pops into physical expression.
And this is a symbol for how all of catalyst works, is
that when we can't find a way to work through our junk
on the interior, then it comes at us in the exterior
and it's mirrored back to us so that we can understand
through the people in our lives,
through the situations in our lives,
we can understand more easily what it is we need to work on
because of the, the catalyst coming in through others
that we didn't work on in ourself
when it was first made available.
That way we can only use our imagination
how many things in our childhood we didn't work through
that are now still a part of our lives.
The mind is a complex which reflects the inp pourings
of the spirit and the upp pourings
of the body complex won't have time to get explained
that very well, but all the energies are connected
between mind, body, and spirit.
Along this tree of mind, they talk about, um,
pyramid healing is like a funneling, uh,
when people are in the peer, in the great pyramid,
using their opportunity for healing without higher energy,
they would use the in streaming
of the spiritual complex into the tree of mind.
And there would be parts of the mind
that block energies flowing to the body complex.
And in each case, the blockage may well defer.
This is the blockage of the energy centers
or the chakra systems first,
however, it is necessary to activate the sense
of the spiritual channel or shuttle.
Having more faith, having more of a sense
of the spiritual aspect of our reality, allows
for greater miraculous healing to,
to, to be brought into our lives.
Uh, then whether the blockages from spiritual to mental
or from mental to physical,
or whether it may simply be a random or
or purely physical trauma healing may then be carried out.
And this is also was explained in the context of crystals.
This idea that there's blockages on these different levels
of our integrated mind, body, spirit, nature.
And there are crystals which work upon the energies coming
into the spiritual body.
There are crystals which work upon the distortions from
spirit to mind, and there are crystals which,
which balance the distortions between the mind and the body.
So just being aware that there are these different types
of blockages, as as maybe why I'm sharing this,
just be aware that this, these linkages between mind
and body and spirit are, are always a part of the,
the pathway of transformation in our lives that
that healing represents.
So the simplest, uh, explanation of what raw recommended for
dietary care, um, was in session 40.
Uh, Don Elkins asked in dietary matters, what,
what would be the foods or the,
for the greatest care of one's body?
And Ross said, firstly, we underline
and emphasize that this information is not
to be understood literally, but as a link
or psychological nudge for the body and the mind and spirit.
And that's what I was trying to emphasize earlier.
A specific piece of food is not the way health works,
but it's a nudge.
And you could call that the placebo effect,
but there's a lot more going on
with food than just placebo effect.
Um, because food itself can have, uh, vibrations in it,
and we align with certain vibrations,
but they say it is the care and respect for the self.
That is the thing of true importance.
So a willingness to look at your food
and say, I'm taking care of myself by eating this.
That's where health starts.
I'm taking care of myself by eating this.
Food starts with a desire to have care
and respect for yourself.
And if you're eating a food
and you feel like, oh, I shouldn't be eating this,
this is not good for me, but I'm gonna do it anyway.
Like you, you've just planted your,
you've just given yourself a negative
spell on your consciousness, a negative, uh,
metaphysical charge to that action that you're taking.
So praying for your food, if that gets you to appreciate
that it's a part of your healing, then,
then do what it takes.
Um, or stop eating the food
that you can't believe is healthy for you.
And that should be easy enough
to do if you really truly
believe that it's not healthy for you.
But they said the vegetables, the fruits, the grains,
and to the extent necessary animal products,
these are those substances showing respect for the self.
And I probably don't have to, um, put,
put words in their mouth with that.
Um, But
I'm not an anti grain person.
Um, it's, even though it's easier for me
to say I don't want weak gluten, I I can't say
that we gluten is the devil like I used to.
It doesn't make any sense to me, um, to, to,
to hold such a negative charge against something
that I've been eating my whole life as, as protein.
That's what weak gluten is as protein.
Um, and the, the way that we view this situation with,
with the diet is, is hugely important to what,
what reaction we're getting from our body
and how we're working with our spirit
to reprogram our reality.
But fasting, if you do feel you have
to reprogram your whole reality around the way
that you're eating, fasting is the quickest
way to to, to handle that.
They said that for those entities in need
of purging the self of a poison thought form
or emotion complex, they, they would do well
to take care in a following a program of careful fasting
until the destructive thought form has been purged
analogously with the byproducts
of ridding the physical vehicle of excess material.
So this is a way to get rid of all kinds
of baggage in your life, not just bodily physical issues,
but mental emotional issues can be dealt with
through using fasting as this powerful tool for purging.
And again, you see the value not to the body complex,
but to be used as a link for the mind
and spirit, thus self reveal self to self.
And they later were asked about fasting more
and said, as all healing techniques,
fasting must be used by conscious being.
That is a being that is conscious of the ridding of excess
and unwanted material from the body complex.
That that's the analogy to the ridding of the spirit mind
or spirit of excess or unwanted material.
Thus, the one discipline
or denial of the unwanted portion as an appropriate part
of the self is taken through the tree of mind, down
through the trunk to the subconscious levels
where the connection is made.
And thus the body, mind
and spirit then in unison expressed denial of the excess
or unwanted spiritual or mental
material as part of the entity.
So if there's something in your life you don't want,
you can plant that seed.
I'm, I'm not eating this anymore.
Do your fasting and free yourself from that situation.
And then, uh, Don Elkins asked further,
so this would be like a
conscious reprogramming of our catalyst.
And Ross said, this is not only correct,
but maybe taken further the self, if conscious
to a great enough extent of the workings of this catalyst.
And the techniques of the programming may
through concentration, concentration of the will
and faculty of faith alone cause reprogramming without the
analogy of the fasting, the diet,
or other analogous bodily complex disciplines.
So this is saying that there is a shortcut to all
considerations of diet and fasting,
but proceeding along the pathway of diet
and fasting is the way of becoming more able to understand
how this machinery works to rid yourself of
that which you don't need in your life anymore.
So this may be a more advanced practice
using your conscious will to reprogram yourself.
Um, but it is nevertheless always available
that we repro reprogram our reality.
And that's also similar
to reprogramming our karma through forgiveness.
And, um, karma they say is that which may be called inertia.
Those actions where are put into motion will continue using
the ways of black balancing until such time
as the controlling
or higher principle, which you may like an under your
breaking or stopping is invoked.
The stoppage of the inertia
of action may be called forgiveness.
These two concepts are inseparable.
Forgiveness and karma are inseparable concepts
because the word forgiveness can be used to apply to every
situation in our lives, which needs to find balance
and completion and wholeness
and forgiveness can be applied
to the self forgiveness can be applied to others.
And that's putting the breaks.
Just like if you're having an unforgiveness for yourself,
for eating something you see is unhealthy.
If you're, if you're, if you can't forgive yourself
for eating the candy or the donuts
or whatever, if you can start to forgive yourself,
that's actually completely linked to your healing journey
to allow yourself to find balance in that area.
Um, so karma is a lot related to food for people.
Um, I'm, I'm just taking this one level back
a higher perspective when we're talking about karma versus
when we're talking about we're fasting
and reprogramming with, with food and diet.
Now I'm talking about reprogramming our
entire reality with forgiveness.
And forgiveness lies the stoppage of the wheel
of action or what you call karma.
And you could say acceptance is a better word
for what we're talking about here.
Um, knowing the accepting the self
or that disciplines the personality, uh, that we have to,
we have to pursue understanding what it is that needs the
healing, acceptance, forgiveness, then applying the healing,
acceptance and forgiveness in that area one by one.
And Don Elkins asked if there is sometime,
if there ever occurs a point, uh,
where we simply go within, um,
and Ross said, um, to get to a point of forgiveness,
is there always programming that will take
place to get us to that forgiveness?
And and Ross said in general there, that is correct,
that programming will occur in our outer reality.
However, both self
and other, any other self-involved may at any time
through the process of understanding acceptance
and forgiveness, ameliorate these patterns.
This is true at any point in an incarnated pattern.
Thus one who has set in motion
and in action may forgive itself
and never again make that error.
This also breaks or stops what you call karma.
So I got ahead of myself, but, but you're saying here that
although there's always programming to get
to get yourself eventually when you're ready for that lesson
to get you to the point where you're learning how to forgive
and all kinds of crazy, crazy situations and,
and dynamics will come into our life to teach us how
to forgive, we don't need these situations
to pop into our lives if we stop, look at ourselves,
look within, understand, accept
and forgive, and that's enough.
Just doing the work in meditation is enough
to completely rewrite your reality
with forgiveness and acceptance.
You have to start with understanding though.
And cancer is a fun one where there's a lot
that people don't see when you're holding onto cancer.
It's hard to see where, where that,
where that cancer came from.
Um, and you know, they said with cancer,
you may observe the thoughts of anger becoming those cells
of the physical bodily complex going out of control
to become what you call the cancer, just as
how the mind felt like it was going out of control,
but didn't wanna process that, that feeling.
Then the body will feel like it's going out
of control in the, in the cells
with cancer growing out of control.
And they said illnesses such
as cancer are correspondingly very amenable
to self-healing once the mechanism
of the destructive influence has been grasped,
grasped by the individual.
So it's just a matter of figuring out where
that destructive influence is coming from,
and that's, that's the challenge of healing.
And Don asked, so you're saying
that cancer is quite easily healed mentally
and is a good teaching tool
because it is quite easily healed mentally.
And once the entity forgives the other self at whom he's
angry, cancer will disappear.
Is this correct? And Ross says this is partially correct.
The other portion of healing has to do with forgiveness
of self and a greatly heightened respect for the self.
This may conveniently be expressed
by taking care in dietary matters.
This is quite frequently a part of the healing
and forgiving process, your basic premises, correct.
So it's very fascinating how when we allow ourselves
to get out of control with something like anger,
they're actually expressing the fact
that we don't care about ourselves.
We're not caring how our minds, we're not taking,
we're not keeping a clean house with our mind
or our body when cancer is forming.
And we can clean that up with diet
and we can see that we're cleaning ourselves up with fasting
and diet and that sort of thing.
So it, it is amazing how cancer can be so easily healed with
proper care and dietary matters.
And I'll touch on that a little later too.
Um, so this is a process of of uprooting on different levels
of the chakra system, the energy center system,
the orange ray, uh, blockages.
The way we see ourselves with self-acceptance issues will
often demonstrate the red, the orange ray blockages, uh,
demonstrate themselves as personal eccentricities
distortions with regard to self-conscious understanding
or acceptance of self inability to just be who we are.
That's the orange ray blockage.
The l ray blockage relates to
distortions towards power manipulation
and other social behaviors concerning those close
and those associated with the self.
So another way I've, I liked this was expressed, um,
was in session 32, uh, around situations and relationships.
Uh, there are four ways to look at these power games
that take place in terms of possession.
And so you could say the ways to, to analyze whether
or not we have blockages, do we have a fear of possession?
Do we have a fear of being possessed?
Do we have a desire for possession?
Do we have a desire to be possessed?
So in relationships, seeing, in terms
of control is seeing in terms of possession
and seeing in terms of fear or desire for control
or possession, are ways in which we can analyze our,
our possible blockages.
And these, these ultimately are blocking
the heart opening from happening.
Once you deal with fear and desire
and control around possession and ownership
and control, all those things can fall
away and open your heart more.
So, uh, they, they gave an overview of doing exercises
for healing, learning how to become an effective healer.
In session five and six,
and I can only cover this a little bit,
I covered this in previous presentation,
but the dis the disciplines of the mind
for finding the balancing that we need
to be become effective at healing.
The disciplines involve, first of all,
identifying both those things of which you approve
and those things of which you disapprove within yourself.
And then balancing each and every positive
and negative charge within its equal.
On some level, I feel like forgiveness is related to this.
Uh, we have to understand what it is you are approving of
and say, I'm okay if I don't have that thing.
And what you disapprove of in yourself
and say, I'm okay if I do have that thing
and don't have that thing because these, these positive
and negative charges that we are attached to are like karma.
They're holding, we're holding our identity onto these,
these aspects of, uh, emotional charges.
Whether they feel good
or bad, they are, they're all these attachments
are junk in the bind
that hold us back from feeling the completion
of our reality, the completeness
of ourself and our identity.
And that's where forgiveness and our acceptance brings us
to is appreciation of the completeness and wholeness.
And it's the same thing with the body.
Uh, we have to use the mind to examine how the feelings,
the biases, what you would call the emotions,
affect various portions of the body complex
and all the different ways the body has different feelings.
They ask us to analyze
and find whatever way we can to, to balance those
without infringing on the free will of others.
We balance the distortions of the body and the mind.
And with the spirit we recognize it's held back
by these blockages of mind and body.
And when body and mind are receptive
and open, then the spirit can become a functioning shuttle
or communicator from the entity's individual energy
of will upwards to the infinite
and from the streamings
of the creative fire and wind downwards.
That's what I mean by the infinite coming
through the crown chakra.
So fire and wind are symbols that we could use
to understand the spiritual energies, the prana,
the cosmic web energies that come into our reality.
Um, but we have to be single pointed in our mind
and open, fully receptive and open with the body
and mind in a balanced place.
That's what session six talks about, uh, allowing our spirit
to then become the communicator
to the infinite aspect of our reality.
Where, where from the healing ability,
like all other paranormal,
paranormal abilities is coming from, this healing ability
is affected by the opening of a pathway
or shuttle into intelligent infinity,
the infinite mind to others.
There may, there may appear to be miracles to the one
who has carefully opened to the door
to intelligent infinity.
This is ordinary, this is commonplace,
this is as it should be.
The life experience becomes somewhat transformed
and the great work goes on.
And this is a huge subject is why, why I talk.
We talk about this subject of intelligent infinity
and the love of one deep dives, uh, podcast
that I have on essential works tv You can find, um,
that's too much to get into really.
But the, the, the, the main thing I'm pointing out here is
that to become able to miraculously see healing,
to see healing just happen automatically.
This can be done with faith and with balance in the mind
and the body not being held back by anything.
Not being tied to ego, not being tied
to a feeling like things have to be a certain way.
Um, but this also brings you into contact with
that infinite mind, which sees what is good for everyone
and you're not infringing on free will
by exercising hearing.
He, and this is also why they said that Jesus,
Jesus would tell people to tell no one
to keep it a secret when, when there'd
be miraculous healing occurring.
He said, number one, you're healed by your faith.
Number two, keep it a secret.
And that's hard for people to do in this culture
where pride seems to be almost the, the foundation
of why we do what we do.
For a lot of people, it's like, yeah,
I'm gonna build my business around this healing.
I'm gonna be a, a master healer
and have testimonials of this healing.
And that's a possibility of that that'll work
for people when you find that stability and that.
But if people are skeptical,
you can't infringe on their free will.
You can't, you can't force the awareness
of the miracle when it's not wanted.
And so, so we have to walk a walk a fine, a fine line with,
um, what what would be called paranormal healing.
Um, and preserving the free will of others
and maintaining what they said relating to Jesus was maximal
fidelity to the positive purity of the work.
And you're doing it for the sake of healing
and not for the sake of yourself.
And what you're doing is also just letting them do the work.
You're not doing the work yourself.
Healing just happens
automatically with people when people have faith.
Um,
but there's another issue here, which I wanted
to talk about, which is, um, you know,
if if people are responsible for their own healing,
everyone, every individual
is responsible for their own healing.
Does that mean we blame people for not being well?
Does that mean we, we say somebody
who's sick and say, well, that's your fault.
You've got cancer, you had some anger issues.
I I feel like this is, this is also an
inappropriate direction to go in.
And it's also why some people have resistance
to receiving these types of teachings is
because we're kind of caught up in the idea of victimhood
around sicknesses.
And we see others when they're sick as being victims
of something, but we don't need
to see them victims when they're
on a path of learning and growth.
Um, and Ross said that, um,
any entity that's able to program their experiences,
which is a lot of us on earth now are choosing our lessons.
We may choose the number and the intensity of the lessons
to be learned before we're born
and during our lifetime, um, maybe even when we're sleep,
we we're re when we are sleeping, we're
reprogramming, I think our reality.
So it is not known
what entities have programmed for themselves.
We may raw as the sixth density entity being this higher,
these higher beings may choose if they want
to read our programming.
However, this would be seen as an infringement
and we choose not to do so.
Um, so this is why we're why there are a lot
of preincarnated decisions, um,
that people make for their own healing.
And there are many cases of preincarnated decisions which
result in physical or mental limitations and distortions.
So, um, if, if somebody's wishing to be healed
and you try to help them find healing,
and if they're completely sincere in trying to find healing,
but they remain unhealed, you may consider the possibility
that there is a pre-incarnate choice that has been made.
And your more helpful aid in this situation to such a person
may be the suggestion that
that person meditate upon the affirmative uses
of whatever limitations it might experience.
So what are the affirmative uses of being in a hospital bed,
for example, what benefit could it be for a person to be
stuck in a hospital bed or stuck, unable to walk
or stuck unable to work?
Well, obviously if a person is unable to walk
or to work, they get to meditate more
and consider their life more
and do more of a different kind
of work on the internal instead of the external.
So it's possible that we, we,
we certainly can't judge people
for their sickness if their sickness was the primary vehicle
they had chosen for
before they were born to find a way to back to God
or back to the higher awareness
that they're needing in their life.
So it's absolutely inappropriate to say that just
because we are responsible for all of our choices
and all of our health and sickness,
that those aren't very good choices to help a person, uh,
grow in the way that they were wanting to grow, um,
at the time that they needed to grow in that way.
There's no judgment that is necessary here.
Um, if one oppor, if one opportunity for healing, um,
is missed, another will appear until the, shall we say,
student of the life experience grasps that a lesson
is being offered and undertakes to learn it.
So I'm gonna skip ahead now into the Gro Casey material.
Um, gro Casey was obviously somebody
who could read a whole lot about individuals
and see how stubborn they were in wanting
to maintain their, their health distortions.
And, uh, he may not have been a channeler in the sense
that he was just in a trance state doing
readings from the Akashic record.
And he was just getting information
and trying to find the right ways to assemble
that information with his, with his voice.
Maybe his higher self was involved here when he was in the
state, he did 14,000 readings for people
across decades of time.
So the the amount of material is so tremendous.
He said so many things to so many people,
but you, it could be summarized into various categories
of knowledge that he brought through.
He told, he taught a lot about the, the, the knowledge
of the al the asset
and alkaline balance of different
foods which you can research.
And it turns out that we now know
voltage is directly connected
to the asset and alkaline balance.
And one pH of, of, uh,
of acid alkaline balance corresponds
to about 59 millivolts in the system.
And sure enough, gro Casey also recommended
that there be specific devices used to electrify the blood.
So they, so he actually rec encouraged people
to build certain devices to electrify your blood.
And there's a whole bunch
of research you can research the Tenet Institute to,
to learn about blood electrification systems
that are being used and voltage related to healing.
But gut, gut bacteria is
another huge one that we know about.
And science is acknowledging this more
and more the importance of having healthy intestinal flora,
taking the right probiotics.
There's so many types to
very important to research these things.
If you feel like you're not in perfect balance
with your health, you can reprogram yourself
by reprogramming your bacteria.
It's like your family. You've got a family
of bacteria living inside, you work with them,
they wanna work with you to, to balance out the,
the imbalances in your whole physiology.
Um, detoxification is very important.
Um, castor oil packs, Epsom salts are very useful for that.
Uh, osteopathic manipulations, uh, you know, you know,
there's, there's chiropractors that can help a lot, uh,
with, uh, what agar Casey called impinged nerve supply.
Making sure your nerves can work properly across your spine.
Um, food combining rules, I don't have time to get into,
but there's so many areas where you just have to know
and experiment with yourself.
Should I be eating that food, that kind
of food with this other kind of food?
Um, and you could just look at the, the,
the food pyramid and think about what am I eating?
You know, you don't want to eat sugars with vegetables
that need to digest for a long time.
The sugars will digest fast.
Um, so don't eat your dessert after a salad.
Eat your salad after your dessert.
Um, that's a,
it's a simple one, but you can just experiment.
See how do you feel if you eat your sweet things half hour
before meal and then eat the meal?
Do you feel better than if you eat
your sweet things after your meal?
I think it's pretty universal.
Once I showed this to my wife, she,
she took onto it right away
and realized how much better she felt
by not eating the sugary things after, after a hardy meal.
Um, color
and light therapy crystals were talked about many areas in
the air case material and many,
many specific compounds were discussed like iodine
and amylin, which I'll cover briefly here.
Iodine was called by Dr. David Brownstein's,
the most misunderstood nutrient.
And he has a, a great book on iodine.
Um, gro Casey said, iodine is the oil
for the machinery of the glands.
I igar. Casey also said that to restore health is necessary
to find the four elements that most necessary are water,
salt, soda, and iodine.
And when he said salt, he meant like minerals.
Um, 'cause they didn't have refined
highly refined salt back then.
They had unrefined salt according to our standards.
Um, when he said soda, he meant baking soda, which means,
means the alkaline acid balance.
If you take baking soda, you can, you can find more balance
with your alkalinity in your system.
Um, getting a little bit more ba baking soda in
your system in general is healthy.
Um, just you can drink outta water.
It might actually taste good to you. If, if baking soda
tastes good to you, you should try eating it more often.
If you haven't even tried taking baking soda
and water, then it's worth trying.
But iodine specifically here is hard to, to get.
It's not in the soil. It's very mysterious.
It's like it all washed away in the oceans.
You have to eat kelp or something like
seaweed to get iodine.
Um, Dr. David Brownstein tested using a newer method
of testing that I believe is reliable.
And he believes from his testing that 96% of his patients
were experiencing suboptimal health due
to iodine deficiency.
Um, and he recommends taking six to 50 milligrams per day,
uh, such as what Agar Casey recommended,
which was through legal solution.
This was so heavily recommended by doctors, a man,
I could go off on this for a long, for a long time,
but, um, doctors used to understand the importance
of getting high doses of iodine.
And then when they started putting in salt,
then people started getting doctors who, who just did,
had no idea how iodine was still necessary
because they stopped having goiters.
If you don't have goiter, they think, oh,
of course you have enough iodine.
Um, but when you get more iodine,
you have mysterious things take place.
You don't need sun a screen as much.
You, your, your skin can now handle the sun better.
That's surprising. You don't get hot or cold as much.
You can tolerate extreme temperature ver fluctuations more
easily within a iodine because your, your, uh, um,
your thyroid is working properly.
But that's, that's a huge subject.
I I don't have time to go too much further into that,
but iodine is the most useful way to program your health
because we're so, we're so deficient in it.
And you can do so many things for the balance of the body.
Um, amygdala comes from bitter almonds
and from apricot seeds and apple seeds even.
But Agar Casey said, if an almond is taken each day back in,
back in a Casey's day,
there were no sweet almonds like we have now.
All of almonds they get
to the store are sweet, almost all of them.
Um, if an almond a day is taken
and kept up, you'll never have accumulations of tumors
of such conditions throughout the body
or similar conditions to tumors.
Um, an almond today
and is much more in accord with keeping the doctor away,
especially certain types of doctors than apples.
And he means bitter almonds.
Bitter almonds are not easy to find,
but apricot seeds are more, more easy to find.
Um, rat studies have showed that, uh,
amygdala can improve cognition, memory,
motor recovery benefits, um, but not mood changes.
But I'm, I'm realizing that I, I should be clarifying
with some of these things that help with cancer.
Um, uh, and yeah, yeah, amylin is
so many studies that show it helps with cancer.
Um, one could ask the question,
is this a metaphysical thing too?
And there may be certain capacities of, of the mind
that are enhanced by taking amylin
that are not well understood yet.
But what, what's so powerful is when you combine amylin with
a, a compound called se faroe, which is found in broccoli.
So if anybody has cancer, tell them to take amylin
and se faroe amylin from something like bitter apricot seed,
Sephora, something like broccoli extract pills,
which you can find on, on Amazon.
You can't find, um, the, the le trail,
which is the amylin extracts on Amazon.
But you can find sulforaphane.
But, and you can find the bitter apricot seed on Amazon.
Uh, so many ways to get those things though.
But, um, so yeah, I found a,
a study from just a couple years ago showing, uh,
cancer is very, very fought back, uh,
by this combination in a synergistic way.
Um, but sulforaphane especially is noteworthy
because it has huge benefits for your mood too,
a significantly a statistically significant reduction in
negative mood states, including tension,
depression, and irritability.
Irritability is a good word for, for what it helps with.
If you take fluoro fane, it'll help you fight your back
of cancer and your tendency to be angry.
What, what a coincidence
that those two things are connected.
Um, salt and electrolytes is another
huge area of health knowledge.
Um, a lot of people think they shouldn't be eating salt
because they've been programmed to think this
causes high blood pressure.
But that, that i, I believe
that is primarily only happening, and this is science.
Science is demonstrating this when you get enough
of the other electrolytes like potassium
and magnesium, which we're not getting enough of.
In general, if you get enough potassium
and magnesium, potassium in the primary one,
just eat a banana, eat a banana and eat more salt.
If you get enough electrolytes,
you find a lot more balance in your, your blood pressure
and your health challenges in general.
There's so many more studies coming out now that show
that people who are not not getting enough salt are having
at least as much challenges as people who are getting
too much salt, but that too much salt.
I'm still con, I'm still not convinced
that there is such a thing as too much salt if, if,
if you're craving salt.
Certainly. Um, and stress, depression
and anxiety are also huge factors with, with blood,
with blood sugar, with, with blood pressure.
Um, and this is fascinating that there's this tie in
between, um, stress and depression
and anxiety on this thing that we're calling blood pressure.
Um, but it's been proven that, you know, just meditating,
there's studies that show simply meditating will reliably
lower your blood pressure if that's an issue for you.
Um, another fascinating area is sugar.
Um, you know, glucose for most people who, people
who are not on a carnivore diet
or not doing that, a diet where it's almost entirely fat,
not carbohydrates.
If you haven't starved your body of carbohydrates
and glucose, then,
and this is almost everybody, your, your, your, your
brain is running on glucose.
So, uh, a sharp increase
and decreases in blood glucose levels will cause sharp
increases and decrease in the way
that your mood will elevate and the way that you feel.
And if you're not taking notice of the fact that
you're low on sugar, you're low on carbs,
and that's where your mood issue is coming from,
you won't be able to understand that what,
what you thought you were getting angry at was maybe more
related to your physiology, giving you an opportunity
for greater and heightened catalyst.
But this is like a, a roller coaster for some people.
Um, well, after you eat a meal, you can have
a food coma experience, a brain fog,
lower motivation irritability
because of the, the insulin that comes in and the glucose,
and then two hours after a meal if you're not eating
anything, especially if you, if you ate straight sugar,
if you had a bunch of straight sugar
and you wait two hours, it's almost very reliable
that you'll start to become more impatient.
You'll have more mood issues,
you'll become hangry, hungry and angry.
Um, because,
because you want more sugar, your body's wanting more sugar,
your bro, your brain is wanting more sugar, you have
that insulin spike and there's too much of that insulin
and not enough sugar to balance it.
So we have this huge diabetes e epidemic in people.
Um, I'll talk about that in a minute too.
But, uh, Carla er had a sugar addiction
that they said this is the way
that they rah recommended she address it
with the material they said.
Um, and they were constantly getting feedback from
Rob about how to help her health.
Um, they said it'd be appropriate for her to take
concentrated sugar in the late afternoon, not before bed,
but in the late afternoon.
And, um, they, they said this would be like,
uh, dessert ice cream cookies, eat this before dinner.
Uh, fructose maple syrup
or raw honey are the most, um, appropriate types
of sweeteners if you're gonna get a, like a tea or beverage.
Um, and that's why they said, take the
sugar libation meaning a beverage approximately one to two
of your hours after the evening meal.
It has further suggested that since this instrument has been
using sugars for carbohydrates, that a small amount
of carbohydrate low in sugar be ingested approximately one
to two, two of your hours before the sleeping period.
So if you've got a sugar addiction, eat something
that's carbohydrate with very low
sugar before you go to bed.
And that's what they, what they're recommending
to her, uh, for that.
But I wanna bring up one more thing.
I don't, I'm getting a little bit lower on time here,
but, um, I guess we're a little bit flexible
with the schedule for this first part
of the, uh, presentation.
But, um, this is a picture of my son in a field in Colorado
near our house, and there are
these berries growing this field.
They're called Oregon grapes. I, I looked this up.
There's a slightly bitter flavor to these grapes,
but there's still, there's more sugar in these
berries than anything else that's growing naturally
around me here in Colorado.
And this, I found out that these berries have a lot
of coming, a compound called berberine.
That's what makes 'em a little bit bitter.
And the stems have a lot more berberine in them too.
Um, but the berries can be eaten and have,
and this compound called berberine turns out is like
nature's number one cure for diabetes.
Berberine will flatten the blood sugar spikes.
Berberine keeps your blood sugar steadier between meals.
Berberine helps calm your hormones,
feel fuller and crave less sugar.
It can modulate the way dopamine
and serotonin works in your, in your brain,
and it balances your gut bacteria.
It will actually promote the bacteria that
that processes the sugars better.
And how funny that this thing that has the sugar also has
this cure for this apparent imbalance
that we're all facing with sugar.
And it's just sitting there out there. And no one knows.
I mean, I mean this, but actually what's so surprising is
that science knows science has studied this, um,
more than almost any other, uh, supplement
that's natural treatment for, uh, diabetes.
And it's shown to be as effective as the, uh, medicines,
all the, all the other things that are the drugs
that are being given for diabetes.
Berberine is as effective as these other things,
and it's just naturally growing everywhere.
Like how, how crazy is that?
I just not thought I had to share that.
Um, um,
but the fact that there's this, this whole, uh, um,
you know, addiction to sugar, I believe is, is
so interrelated with this that we're addiction addicted to
that, which is I imbalanced in ours.
And we're, we're not addicted to the, the berberine
for certainly, but we can find balance with, with a,
a little bit more wisdom in our lives.
Um, and I've also found with diabetes, you know,
saturated fat is connected to it.
Saturated fat is the more addictive form of fat.
Um, of course if you're eating no sugar,
then the saturated fat isn't an issue.
But if you're getting a lot of saturated fat,
that may actually make it harder
to get the insulin balance in your life too.
But the addiction I think is a fascinating connection
to the diabetes situation.
But if you're wanting to grow your own foods
that are more natural to, um, having more compounds,
that may be more balancing, I would say look up
seed savers.org.
Seed savers exchange is a way to grow your own food
that would be more
and balance more in tune with ways things used to be grown.
And it's harder to find seeds that are grown
with a more natural balance, um, of, of compounds.
But that's, that's one way
of working together on finding really great fruits
and vegetables, um, through a seed bank exchange.
Don't have to just grow the stuff that's the sweetest, uh,
uh, with fewer nutrients.
Um, so I'm gonna round this off with, uh,
what I started it out with a reminder
that we are every emotion, every event, every situation,
everything, every being your unity, your infinity,
your love, light, light love.
You are, this is the law of one this
because we are every event in every situation,
we can be health, um, we can be lightning,
we can be the lightning of the archetypes that
that is coming into our reality and
and serving as light bringers for, for others around us
to know how to find the truth, how
to find the light, how to find the love.
We. And an adapt is one who has done less
and less of the outer work having to do with function
and begins to affect the inner work having to do with being.
So that's why it's important to think about more in terms of
dissociating from that which is external
and reassociating, what we identify
with on the internal levels to become more and more, less
and less the body and more
and more that which is the healing
that can flow into the body
and to flow into the lives of others around us.
So remember that the inner always reflects the outer.
Find what you had, find what you had not faced in life.
Find the way to balance and forgive that use.
Use your food as a link to see the light in
your, in your true divine nature.
Coming back into your body. See the sacrament of the food.
See that this is even the body of Christ.
If you want, say that this is, this is pure divine light
and love coming into you
through the food that you're eating.
And, uh, I'll close this with the law of one quote.
May we ask the student to look up,
look up from the inward working
and behold the glory, the might, the majesty, the mystery,
and the peace of oneness that no consideration of bird
or beast, darkness or light, shape
or shadow, keep any which seeks from the
central consideration of unity.
There's one q and a.
Um, why are so many experienced kindhearted people
who work for humanity dying of cancer?
Well, I think there's a lot of pre-incarnate choices,
as I said, and there's a lot of decisions
that people are making to give themselves more catalyst.
There's actually one, uh, quote in the,
in the material about how people
who are on the positive path will actually choose more types
of illnesses and challenges
because they want to teach themselves through more lessons
and they want to refine their, their learning.
Whereas somebody on the negative path would, would try
to optimize their health just for their own personal gain.
But a person who's getting an illness will use that illness
to program themselves more
quickly, to, to learn more quickly.
Um, so that's an important point too.
Alright, so I'm gonna go get the next speaker.
