I, , give Ascension Works TV LLC (“AWTV”) permission to record my voice, image, name, and any materials I provide (“Materials”). I understand AWTV may edit, distribute, promote, or display these recordings in any media worldwide, at any time, for any AWTV-related purpose.

While I keep ownership of any rights I have in the Materials I create or provide, I give AWTV permission (a “license”) to use them under the terms of this Release. I will not seek any payment, royalties, or compensation now or in the future.

I confirm that my contributions do not violate anyone else’s rights. I release AWTV from any claims related to the use of my recordings or Materials.
