I get sleep paralysis type of things and i can’t sleep after that. This is just too much. I don’t know what is happening to me. What if I’m a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Is it why i have feared all my life because i don’t want to see that? This is way over my head.

Well it is attacking daytime i was wrong. Affecting back of my neck, spine and nervous system. This is something else. I need real help from some higher up. I don’t know how to deal with it. Well now I’m crying. I thought it was only panic attacks but it is not.
